It looks really cool in battleship grey. The great thing is you can touch up the matt army paints very easily. I did my army 109 on bare metal with a spray gun and got a dozen spray cans made up for touching up. Nice work!

I converted mine to run on an SU carb it flies! Best conversion. Also full new electronic distributor too

Yeah, putting the electronic ignition kit on really helped.. Once I had the timing setup correctly that is.. :-)

Hi, thanks for the message.. It was Stockport to Skillington.. So about 220 miles round trip.. And seeing as I had only driven it for a few miles around Stockport when testing, I was a little nervous..
