But is moral imperative how money works? I think not. Therefore, the need to “preach” is essential until the system changes.

I believe there is not any new idea but a approach with much logical and resourceful(other than cash and physical) expensive way for creating much more valueable intellectual capital, I believe your saying that "no new idea , just preaching" is right but only in a short range of time or resources but it'll never be true for changing the whole world ,I also think that no-one can change the world with his thoughts but atleast people in organisations will think more leveraged for stakeholders rather than shareholders because we all know you can destroy a business with financials but you can't build it only with financials and by doing and implementing these thoughts in the organisations we'll be able to diversify the capital risks with other adjustments .

If you wanna be successful, you most take responsibility for your emotions, not place the blame on others. in addition to make you feel more guilty about your faults, pointing the finger at others will only serve to increase your sense of personal accountability. There's always a risk in every investment, yet people still invest and succeed. You most look outward if you wanna be successful in life.

This is very preachy. No actual solutions other than “care about your people” and “do the right thing because it’s the right thing to do.” These aren’t new ideas. Some do, and some don’t. We live in a world full of greed and injustice. Come up with actual solutions that don’t trample the rights of others. What’s “right” is subjective and you don’t get to systemically determine right and wrong for everyone.

@@mycodingchannel9690 a few things here. First, you have a good amount of videos about communism on your channel. Assuming you’re in support of communism, I couldn’t care less about your opinion. Second, Jordan Peterson provides personal solutions to personal problems. This guy is simply saying that the solution to the faults in capitalism is for everyone to just “do the right thing.” That’s not helpful. Jordan Peterson teaches primarily that taking responsibility for your actions and taking control of your life is the best way to deal with rejection, depression, and marginalization. I’d tell you to use your head, but I’m pretty sure you’re a communist. That ship has sailed.

Thank you so much for this inspiring speech! So true what you say: "Our deepest longing has always been the same - to find our humanity, to fathom that magnificent vastness within each of us." Such a breath of fresh air! The Fire of Knowledge burns bright within you and is helping ours grow a little bit stronger, thank you.
Here is a short quote from - *_The Great Turning Point for Humanity_* - a teaching received by Marshall Vian Summers. Please read or listen to the whole teaching, it will ignite your fire further.
"You have no idea what you are facing or the strength that you carry to respond to it. Do not believe in your weakness or the weakness of others, for you must believe in your strength. You must wake up to this. Become sober. Become realistic. Become responsive. Become constructive. You cannot simply be a bunch of whining babies about the way the world is going. That will do nothing for you or anyone else.
I must speak to you like this because the hour is late and humanity is not responding sufficiently. I must speak to you like this because I respect who you are, even though you do not know who you are. You think you are some person wandering in the world, but who you are is someone sent here to play a part in something of the greatest importance for the future of this world and the future of humanity."

"In the study of Steps to Knowledge, you are in the process of regaining a real freedom and with it all
the power and grace that accompany it. In the Greater Community, such freedom is rare, for
advanced societies do not exercise this kind of freedom as a rule. Only in rare cases does this
happen. In the universe, there are greater forces and greater powers, worldly powers. Their dominion
is built upon conformity and control. You will encounter them. Some of them are in the world today.
What a contrast this will be. It will show you how valuable your freedom is, why it must be honored
and preserved and why your understanding of it must be correct and not corrupted."

Capitalism doesn’t have a problem. We don’t have real capitalism because governments are broken. In true capitalism we don’t have a fractional reserve banking system. People are generally agreeable, however the banking system perpetuates the devaluation of our earning thus maintaining the poor class.

The biggest problem with capitalism is we don't actually have a free market. The government chooses winners and losers which upends the entire system. We need to take steps now to make sure that when technology ultimately replaces human workers, it benefits society and not large corporations.
Tax the use of technology. Use this tax to give EVERYONE a free Universal Basic Income. Doing this will ultimately make money redundant when technology becomes prevalent.

Meh, same "problem" with capitalism was "fixed" in the USA back in the 1930s-1940s with the New Deal where the capitalists were forced to be more considerate and fair to the working class and to allow unions to form and negotiate better wages and benefits for the working class... fast forward to today and we see that the capitalists slowly but surely eroded away all those New Deal "fixes of capitalism" and now we are back to the standard of living of the working class of yestercentury.
The problem with capitalism IS CAPITALISM!
Its one true purpose is to maximize profits. That's it!
It has proven over and over again that it will NEVER PERMANENTLY change for the betterment of humanity.
We have been stuck in its boom/bust cycle for CENTURIES!!!

Same, that's where I stopped. I admit he may still have some good ideas, but if he still buys into the wage gap myth and states it as known fact, then that calls everything else into question. Even if the wage gap was really a result of nothing but gender discrimination, it would be especially wrong to blame it on capitalism. Capitalism would dictate that we should only hire women if we can get away with paying them less for the same exact job, same hours, same everything.

@@jerrymiller9039 that's just being delusional if you don't see class. Of course bootlickers are delusional. Marxism when it is a critique of capitalism recognised classes within capitalism. But when socialism is established, there are no classes.

The underlying problem of _every_ problem in the world is overpopulation; there are too many humans. Until society finally gets its act together and acknowledges that and finds a way deal with it, nothing will change, nothing will improve, the world will continue to fill with more and more and new problems until it collapses.
Just yesterday, I saw a video about a couple (who to be honest, looked inbred 🤔) who had three children and used two 30-year-old! embryos to have two more (the whole family looks like it will require social-assistance for their entire lives). The Duggers of "19 Kids and Counting" are notorious. "Octomom" had 6 children she couldn't support and added 8 more. Every couple that has 3-10 children means a dozen other couples who have to have 0 children to compensate.
None of the things that people say to try to fix the world like the things he said here will work so long as there are too many people. Capitalism is indeed bad (it's literally just a synonym for selfish greed), but it's just another symptom of overpopulation. 😒
