Actually, I believe the Note 20 Ultra came in at the same starting price. Not sure i the S21 Ultra was the first o bring down the price back to $1,200 but the s21 ultra didn't have the s-pen. The s22 and s23 Ultra also downgraded the RAM to 8GB of RAM compared to the 12 GB of RAM the Note 20 Ultra and s21 Ultra had.
