the older man sang this song for his wife after a very dark period in there lifes, in a short time he lost his doghter in law and his brother in 2 car accidents en when they where thinking the bad time was over then he and his wife almost died in a fire in a restaurant in belgien he was out of the fire but his wife was stil in the building and he went back in to the restaurant and safed here out of the beurning building he really is a crazy in love with his wife and he was thinking if i cannot findt here than we die together that is why he is so emotionel

Trijntje’s career is pretty impressive. She started relatively young the band Total Touch together with her brother Tjeerd. Tjeerd is married to Edsilia Rombley (the ‘other’ lady in the ladies of soul)
So family ties... I suggest, as you’re overwhelmed by Berger Lewis’ voice, to listen to Edsilia... you’ll love it.
The old grey guy is Lee Towers, famous for his low voice. Songs like "Run to me", "You never walk alone", "I can see clearly now" and many others, back in the 80's (and yes, a lot of his hits are covers). His voice can be described as a mix of Tom Jones and Neil Diamond.

Please judge this performance. If you see this you will be surprised again. And this are not only dutch singers but also composed bij a dutch composer. The man with the black cap. He is the brother of Trijntje. I really hope you will react on mij request. For me it was one of the highlights of the show of that year.

Her name is Trijntje and it doesn't mean little train, but it's a short name originally coming from Catharina... The name Catharina has transformed in the Dutch language to Katrien or Katrijn and Trijntje is a short name for Katrijn. And yes it's an oldfashioned name... but i like it. She stands out of the crowd of today's singers for it... and for her voice ofcourse!
