I have done IF for 4-5 months with eating window of 8 hrs. I used to take lunch n dinner, but it gave me lot of acidity unbearable. Due to My work n transit timings I used to take lunch n dinner. But then i stopped n now take 3 meals a day. So if i want to do autophagy or IF, how to deal with severe acidity?

मेरा रोज का routine ऐसा set है की मुझे 14 hours की fasting हो ही जाती है।
इसके साथ दिनचर्या, मेडिटेशन, pure vegetarian, no smoking, no alcohol, घर का cook हुआ भोजन और भी ढेरों आदतें मैंने डाली है अपनी जिंदगी में।
स्वस्थ रहे, मस्त रहें और भगवान के भजन में मगन रहे।
1400 years ago, our prophet "Hazrat Mohammad S.A.W" had imposed 30 fasts of Ramadan on us and he had said that this is a gift given by Allah for you people, do not leave the fast, it is a medicine for you.

I am example of this ... I am 43... playing Sports in Canada .. very well fit ... 4 years ago I was overweight, slow and lot of issues ... when I found out about fasting .. it changed my life . I started with 12 hours fast every day and now I do 16 hours per day ... I reduce sugar and salt as well . Even I am 43 but I look younger than 35 , slim and lots of stamina ...Do fasting guys , I am vegetarian.,That helps as well ❤

Sur my mother is applying this process because she was diagnosed with 4th stage cervix cancer actually cancer has been spread in lymph nodes but now my mother is healing gradually because of that mechanism called Autophagy . But I continued water fast ,didn’t look back . U need a lot of will power for that.I think women is gifted with will power by Almighty God

Believe me hunger just comes and goes within half an hour and u win over it
In the starting 3-5 days I had severe, intolerable headaches also but I tolerated that with the help of wet packs on my head and stomach and I won over headaches that way
After 3 weeks I didn’t even feel like eating And was so energetic that I went for walking and jogging at least one and a half hour to use my energy
My sleep patterns improved
I kept watching water fasting videos of Dr pradeep Jamnadas from USA
to keep myself motivated
This is my succcessful attempt on fasting
