Unfortunately Procreate doesn't currently offer a PPI setting, so the DPI being low does tend to reduce the resolution when it's exported if the canvas is small. I also like to cover myself should I want to use any of my artwork for print purposes too, so I like to keep the habit of checking this when I create a new canvas, because sometimes I'll start work on something for web use and then do a little doodle that I think hey, that would make a great sticker or look cute on a t-shirt 🙈

Most of the brushes I use are from the pack that comes with the procreate app when you install it - my 2 all time favourites are the Brush Pen and Studio Pen

A lot of them are just custom versions of brushes from the procreate library but I have also bought loads from other creators on etsy
