the longer the lever the more torque. Never thought of that on the Big Rock vs the Granite. I have a Granite 3s. I love it. I just got a Maxx and I feel the Arrma 3s line are better. Especially for the money.

I think you can't go wrong with the 3s lineup. I always wondered how the 4s Maxx would compare, especially being almost double the cost. The 6s rigs are fun, but seem more delicate and have diff issues. The 8s stuff isn't ready for prime time yet, in my opinion. The key is weight...that's what makes them indestructible. Light and strong, not heavy and strong. Just my 2 cents. Thanks for watching!

Get rid of those garbage plastic arrma shocks. Go with the big bores if you're on a budget look up RCAWD. Decent shocks on a budget.

      I'll take a look, thanks!

I see lots of rusted screws I never wash mine only air. And wd-40. As for kraton hot racing bulk head 55 bucks but will put a end to that problem. And replace input and ring gear I'm sure it's in the rear and get the shims for the outside side

Yeah, I live about a block from the beach, so everything metal rusts around here. I've never even put water on my Kraton or ran it though water, just some wet grass. Unfortunately the humid and salty air do most of the damage. Definitely considering the HR bulkhead, I've heard good things about them. Definitely need to shim!

I try not to run in mud(I know missing the fun) but I run in snow and still end up muddy especially now. Washing isnt good but I hate a truck with mud in every crack and crevice....hahahaha

A lot of mine are down too...hahaha. No time to do any wrenching.

    • @rcleesd

Yeah, it's a bummer when you can't find the time to fix them and also bash them. First world problems, I suppose, haha.

@@rcleesd Yeah....Family and work, making video's, Playing Fortnite...hahaha. No time to build anything. My workbench is a disaster...need to clean the house and garage, play with kids, help them do homework.....😭 First world problems....lol. 😂

Drywall mesh and hot glue gun slowly ever so slowly fill it in like a 3D printer would add filament.
Do the same thing guys your hand is the printer arm and your the 3D printer bro. Lol. That’s awesome 👊😀
Hot glue drywall mesh. It’s way better and dries instantly 👍

@Old Soul the weight is not noticeable at all.
Mine is so thin of glue I slowly fill it in by drawing it like a pencil. Never allow it to gob up at all.
Only a very very thin amount of glue holds the mesh to the body.

@Old Soul yes gorilla tapes body is much heavier.
I have a 1/10 body with gorilla tape and it’s way heavier.

Your motor overheated same thing happened to Kevin's motor when he overheated it exact same thing so I think it overheated

Dang, what a bummer! That cold is lethal for plastics...the coldest I have ran mine here was about 50F to 55F

@@rcleesd Nice. I emailed Losi with pics and they sent me a new housing. My Granite 3s was bash hard with big jumps and lots of bad landings and nothing broke in the same cold.

Here is a neat idea to keep the bigrock front end from bottoming out. ua-cam.com/video/UryB32ibjms/v-deo.html

Good idea for speed run cars, but I don't want to limit my travel, I just need a higher spring rate (stiffer) so that all of the travel is still available, but some additional force required to bottom out. Thanks for the video link!

Just get an Xmaxx and throw all that Arrma shit in the trash. Xmaxx has seen 15+ bashes and I just replaced a bearing.
