The realtor is doing her best but can't convince me. Yes, there are views of concrete buildings (and blue sky) on upper floors but there is no view at all from this ground floor unit and I suspect it receives very little sunlight.
lovely apartment but ridiculously small with no views. and the price is absurd. this makes NYC look dirt cheap. i can understand this price pre CCP but in todays political climate, truly ridiculous
