      Haha I think he meant 5 reps EMOM. 10 might take 45 seconds. Idk honestly I’ve never tried it.

    It took 4 attempts but finally found a devils press tutorial. Where the instructor can actually perform the press part of a burpee. Instead of some crotch lead bent core monstrosity.

    If it’s a burpee, all the other videos I see are wrong and this is correct. None of them do a push up except this demo! They just slap their legs out and roll down to the ground through their hips.

    Will these wear out your knees? If so what is the recommended reps/sets so it can be a safer exercise.
