They can take a minute the only downside depending on where you live. I have had to email and call before on my order but because I love them and the prices I always order ahead before I get low

I don’t mind if small companies take a while. But for time people they need to let us know. At this moment I am still waiting on my order. And hopefully a email from them.

Anyone with any answer, thank you. I have a printer Epson, new one. The mistake was also on old printer. When i print on a paper are very tiny black dots around a print (design). Sometimes you can see them, sometimes is very hard to see. When i sublimate a mug, those dots are easily to see. So then i need to do a head cleaning. After that print is clean, sometimes longer, sometimes shorter. And always is black color. What is the problem? Maybe should i try with other color (product). All prints i do in photoshop. Should i try other options? But then i have a problem with colors etc. And not sure that is a solution.
I think maybe the question is how long should the cup with the bling be put aside to make sure it is cured before shipping ... like 12 hours or 24 hours after blinging to make sure bling doesn't fall during shipping

This is a wine tumbler so you have to have a press that can sublimate a wine tumbler
Gorgeous! I just started blinging tumblers and use Liquid Fusion. It works very well but you have to work quick as it dries very fast.

I have never put them in the microwave. Wash with dawn and soft brush
