Man lived in bournemouth for nearly 20 odd years use to go bournemouth Beach a lot now in Canada so beautiful to see Bournemouth Beach lot of good memories
Thanks for watching Kaz. Bournemouth definitely still has the best free beach in Europe no contest. I lived here for 40 years and still go to the beach several times a week winter and summer. Cheers b33zo
If there’s one great thing about a storm it’s a rough sea, disappointing how calm it was waves wise in Bournemouth. The wind was actually crazy though.
@@Sam88-l4k Thanks for watching Sam. There was a bit of an auction as to the wind speed when I made the video. Not sure what the figure was for Mudeford Quay. b33zo

The best part was the ball rolling in the, WIND.
Thanks for watching Matthew, yes that ball added a comic touch. It probably started at Sandbanks... b33zo
just blows me away x
Great footage - i’m based in Bournemouth too & its been very dicey around here in some parts!
That plastic and air ball rolling at over 100 mph. Crazy storm. That bloke nearly had to stop walking too. Madness where will it end?
I cycle along that beach but can’t do that in this weather😭
I went there and in the morning it was just water and you couldn’t see the sand
My husband was working on the beach while this was going on
How windy is it
Thanks for watching Kaj. It was 33 knots at Bournemouth airport and 105mph was recorded at the nearby Isle of Wight Needles. b33zo
120mph I think

Think the needles at the Isle of Wight recorded 122mph. Which is a English record. Although I don't think the weather station was there in 1987
Ah shit I was hoping to see a flying crackhead
Look up Bournemouth flooding of 2011 that's my fav
I wanted to walk my dog on the beach at Hengistbury Head tonight. Too risky!
Leaving a car in that wind blown sand is a bad idea because both the paint and the glass will be ruined.
Thanks for watching JPD. You are quite correct and it's not ideal for camera kit either. b33zo
Normal day in Bournemouth.
The waves are tiny lol
We're is that guy trying to go on a bicycle??🤣😂🤣😂🤣
Is that Forest Gump I see out there??
