    Quanto mi piacerebbe pure a me sviluppare un robot come quello che avete progettato! Siete grandi!

    could you please tell me, what is the simulation aplication that used in this video?

    • @AppliedMechanicsTUM
      @AppliedMechanicsTUM  8 років тому +2

      +NURIL ESTI
      The simulation application was developed entirely at our institute. It is a full physics simulation including contact and disturbance forces, and the visualization is done via OpenGL. You can find more information in mediatum.ub.tum.de/doc/997204/997204.pdf

    is this runing in pyton ?

      Lola is running in C++
      A newer version of the visualization (as in 1:38) runs Python, but everything you see in this video is written in C++

    What a poignant and fascinating acronym IAM (I am) given the prospect of the potential of a new existential paradigm in the state of consciousness (singular) likely to emerge from this industry.

    are you intrested on giving the robot inteligence?

      We concentrate on making walking more versatile and autonomous, just check out our newer videos!

      and you are getting it quite right! but once you master the locomotion, will you give the robot eyes and ears to give the robot the things he need to archieve inteligence?

    • @AppliedMechanicsTUM
      @AppliedMechanicsTUM  8 років тому

      Well, we don't specialize in AI research, but in locomotion (it's not that easy to master :-P), and other tangential applications, as prostheses, exo-skeletons, etc. Perhaps, in the future, we may partner with other groups interested in AI.
