@@inesnunez4340 Hi Ines, thank you for being here. I use several different serums from Luxliplabs. I do think they ship to Spain, but it might be expensive. You could always just use a high molecular weight HA or sterile water. Or there might be companies in Spain that sell serums for microneedling. But please make sure that they really can be used for microneedling

What an interesting video! Thank you for sharing information about these new ingredients. Hopefully there will be topical creams to address visible signs of skin aging in a meaningful way. It's nice to listen to guest speakers once in a while and you do a great job interviewing them!

Thank you for this informational video; you are a great interviewer. I’ve been keeping an eye on this company since I first heard of them (I believe from Ben Greenfield). Haven’t purchased anything yet although they did have a good Mother’s Day promotion. I’ve tried Oneskin for at least 6 months (didn’t notice anything) and many other higher end brands over the decades. Really like Osmosis Rescue for my sensitive skin. I have a low tolerance for retinols but use Avene sparingly. Can’t use glycolic acid much but think lactic acid is better for me, although I do enjoy using Dermelect’s Self-Esteem periodically. Very interested in winning the Young Goose giveaway so I can try it out. Thanks.

Hi Claudia, thank you for another great insight into the innovative skin care. I kind of didn't catch that bit about the spermidine. If the molecule is too big then it sits on the top of the skin so how it can do the "job".

Hi, glad you enjoyed this. From what I understood you could put the spermidine (from a supplement) onto your skin, for example if you need healing. But how much is absorbed is not clear and it might get expensive

Hi Cindy! I just saw a plastic surgeon warn against using exosomes. I think it was about the fact these are coming from potentially biological sketchy sources and can cause infection? I’m like you and need to do more reading. I’m also seeing scientists/medical professionals/chemists warning people away from something called spicules too. These are two topics I’d love to see both of you awesome women discuss on your channels. 😊💜
