You are right about the age spots taking so long to dissappear. I need to remember my sunscreen. My dermatologist said CeraVe was good. SPF 30. Thank you, for all the good info.
I enjoyed this video. A lot of these things are expensive though and everyone can afford expensive serums and devices. Can you do a video on inexpensive ways to improve mature skin? I can afford some of these things, but I would be interested to see what is available at a more reasonable price point.

I still want to fight the clock and look younger, too, and I’m excited to try some of these products. Also, I live in Virginia where it’s also pretty humid at least 6 months out of the year (but nothing like LA!) and I SO appreciate your videos on Estée Lauder Double Wear and how to apply it. Can’t wait to see the device usage video! I sure need a routine. I have rosacea too, I dial back my Curology in the winter and use it only every other night.
The Niod eye serum that you referenced has done wonders for my under eye area. My very dark circles have lightened significantly and fine lines have diminished.
Wow, that was a lot of info, HOWEVER, much appreciated. One of the reasons I watch your videos is because of your skin type is oily and you can relate to living in the south where I do in Covington Louisiana. I am 53 seeing the wrinkles come under the eyes and these products add to what I have begun to Research and use in the past year. I trust your personal experience with the products thank you for the research and time 😮you put into helping women feel and look the best they can as we age.

I also use my Gua Sha to do long scrapes on the bottom of my foot to help my plantar fasciitis. It’s also great to use on all areas of the neck for those of us who hold a lot of tension and headaches there

Great video! I really like the Maelove and Timeless serums. The Maelove Glow Maker vitamin C and the Moonlight Retinal Super Serum. The Timeless Vit C 20% is a favorite of mine. I have dry skin and I love the Skinfix products. I use that eye cream quite often. I really like the Glow Recipe peptide pomegranate serum. I see a few products on your list that I definitely need to try. 😊❤️
Your hooded eye looks raised higher , more open , and under eyes . Amazing. Wow. I need to save I love the before and after with that tool. I just saw the price 😮😮😮😮 LORD HELP ME 😂😂😂. If they are gifted. That’s so helpful since they do cost.

I’m not sure if it’s just my phone, but I can’t find any link to your devices video and I’d really like to watch it. I’m trying to decide between nuface, nira, ziip halo and LED mask. There’s a lot of marketing hype to cut through, which is part of what makes your videos so incredibly helpful

Such a good discussion of the need for different forms of SPF! I've had BCCs removed from my face and upper lip edge. *Can you recommend a good lip color line with SPF and a decent color range? * I'm a little bored with Neutrogena's five colors; only two show up on my lips...Thanks so much Stephanie!

Skin Fix barrier cream is wonderful to apply after Tretinoin. Using it, allowed me to up my Tretinoin percentage without the skin irritation I had experienced in the past.

It’s incredulous to me that there are influencers out there who practically demonize sunscreen. So, thanks for mentioning sunscreen. Also, it’s nice that you don’t shame anyone for anything g they might be doing in their own skincare journey. It’s irritating when I see comments like ‘I’m so glad you don’t use (insert).’ Careful, ladies, everyone’s journey is their own.

We dont "lose collagen as we age." Sun exposure on the face and neck is the only thing that causes collagen loss.

Hi, everytime i use the nira laser around my eyes level 1 (!) it hurts on my skin…. My skin is dry and clean before the use. AND i have dry skin around my eyes after the treatment if i use it for some days in a row….any tipps or suggestions? ❤️🌺
Hi! Are you firmly pressing it to your skin are holding it out a bit because your apprehensive? I find firmly pressing it against your skin feels much better. I feel way more of a zap when I hold it looser or far out from my skin. I hope that makes sense?

Is the Nira laser the same as LED masks?
Both stimulate collagen, but do various things in different ways since the modalities are different.
I am trying to wait till holiday fingercrossed nira pro will be on sale. I can't afford it even with 10% discount.
It's 15% for the next week and then reverts to 10% after that :)

Hi Steph, I’ve watched your videos for years and your face looks different in this video. Did you have Botox from the mid face up? Looks like a lot of less movement in that area of the face. I’m not judging I’ve had some myself, was just wondering. You always look beautiful ❤

Tone isn’t able to be read over text. I was just replying back to her in regular sentences. I didn’t snip and wasn’t rude at all. I answered her questions that I don’t have botox. I also didn’t delete that comment, but apologized in a reply. The comment is still there as far as I know unless the OP deleted it? I’m so confused about your comment! I reply to comments all the time and am so grateful and nice to my viewers. It’s difficult when we state things that we have or haven’t done and then people still tell us or insinuate we have because it’s basically low-key insinuating we’re not being truthful. It’s hard to understand if you don’t have that happen to you on a regular basis. But it’s also not right that we should have to accept that either, you know? Derms typically recommend SPF30 or higher under makeup as SPF offers 97% protection. SPF50 offers 98% protection and SPF100 offers 99%. SPF30 is usually plenty for most people. Here are a couple of articles from MD Anderson bit.ly/45o8mpY and NYT bit.ly/48K3IoT
