That’s a sign of low blood sugar. Try eating protein every 3-4 hours during the day including shortly before you go to bed. Cut way back on sugar and especially simple carbohydrates and you should see an improvement very quickly.

Every morning I listen to this meditation. I love it and it brings me into such a good mood. But every morning after the last word “ wellbeing” 1 sec after the pronunciation of that word, starts a loud and horrible advertisement. Every day a new one and every day a horrible loud one. That’s a pity because it literally takes away half of the wellbeing I feel after this meditation. Impossible yo push the stop button before it starts really 1 sec after the last word! 😅 Thank you for the meditation though, it the best start of the day I can imagine.🙏

Thank you for this meditation, it was helpful in centering to start the day. One suggestion is to perhaps leave a bit of time afterwards to allow the music to play because UA-cam launches straight into loud annoying ads as soon as your done speaking and it is disturbing and abrupt. Leaving some time at the end helps to transition easier.
Really enjoyed this meditation. The voice/music balance was perfect. Most UA-cam meditations I struggle with bc the music overwhelms my anxiety-ridden mind. Deeply appreciated. Thank you. 🙏💕
