The amount of material covered, the clarity in your speaking, and the impact of your videos. This will help people immensely! MS Word is the foundation, as well as the expansion, from which so many computer and Office skills can be created and innovated. The communication possabilities are endless! I have a personal preference for the Simplified Office Ribbon and am one of those "Hate Subscription Software" people. LOL! Perhaps I can share what I found useful. I created a word document, saved and minimised it. Then, as the tutorial went along, I would pause and try to apply to my document each function described. You need to apply and try each thing if you are a beginner or you will forget nearly all of it by the time you get to the end. Just a tip. Just a suggestion that worked for me. Thank guys.
Total agreement with all good statements below AND am now relaxed with Word! This allows me to go forward without feeling intimidated by programming I don't understand. You showed us all how to navigate to find help in each area of word. It took going through several videos to find you, but worth the time and effort because you have the knowledge, capability, attitude, and everything else it takes to teach others. Nothing is more helpful than a teacher who knows how to teach. THANK YOU! What a difference in how I handle Word now!

I watched your Word tutorial and it was very informative. I previously used the software WordPerfect for 34 years while I was a legal secretary so I had some knowledge of where to find things but your tutorial did help me in other ways on how to use Word. Thank you for creating this beginners tutorial.
I am an old person that is not very literate when it comes to computers & electronics. I need to know the following. When I do, ........ say, perhaps a resume, I don't know where to start. Then I need to label it etc. Another thing that I can't do, and really MUST learn, is taking a return label that has been emailed to me, and send it to an email address so they can print it off. Being old, has people like me become procastinators, for me anyway, as when it comes to doing this kind of work, I have absolutely no patience. I think you are really good at explaining things, that's why I kept all my questions just for you. You are a very good teacher. One more thing. I have windows 10 and have no idea where the bookmark is.
Quality video once again, you should really get into teaching, you have the gift for it. So concise, not one bit of information was talked about too much or too little. Thanks again, you've really helped me improve my word and excel skills and I know want to learn more.
