एकदम मेरे मन की बात आपने कही है इन लोगों की बातों में आकर मेम्बरशिप तो ले लेता है आदमी लेकिन जब आप इनके रिसोर्ट में जा कर ठहरने की कोशिश करते हैं तब पता चलता है कि रिसोर्ट ख़ाली नहीं है। तब समझ में आता है कि आप अपनी छुट्टी के हिसाब से घूमने नहीं जा सकते हैं इनके कमरे ख़ाली होने के हिसाब से आपको अपना घूमना फिरना प्लान करा पड़ेगा। खाना तो पूछिए ही मत इतना महँगा खाना तो 5 स्टार होटल में भी नहीं होता और जैसे ही आप चेक इन करते है खाने का पैकेज लेने के लिए इनके आदमी पीछे पड़ जाते हैं। सालाना मेंटेनेंस के बारे में क्या कहूँ उतने पैसे में तो आप किसी भी समय अपनी पसंद की जगह छुट्टी मना सकते हैं जहां ब्रेकफास्ट भी इनक्लूडेड होगा। एक बात और ये लोग हमेशा आपको मेम्बरशिप अपग्रेड करने के लिए फ़ोन करते रहते है। मुझे लगता है मेम्बरशिप लेने के बाद सभी को लगता है कहाँ फँस गये ।
Never even go to subscriptions except a home loan in your life and that too avoid if you and and if not then only from a nationalised bank. Life should be free from such attachments which make compulsion to follow your holidays and time in some way. They will control your holidays which is synonyms for freedom. Make your own itinerary and in today's time there are lot good options then club Mahindra and even if at some place you wish to stay there then go directly and it cost cheap. It's fool to take such membership and if you are fool or wish to become then it's your choice.😅 Some people understand only after coming in the trap.

I took membership from 2008 Since then I had stayed with their so many properties and enjoyed the stay with family It was a memorable experience all the time when ever I visited their resorts. Munnar was a wonderful stay with their resort. Your all concerns are right and true , I have purple studio membership that's why I didn't face such kind of issues while travelling. Club mahindra ka ya kisi ki v membership lena bewkufi hai,jitna paisa ye mangte hai usko FD kar di jaye to uske income se hi aap sal bhar me 5-6holiday enjoy kar sakte hai aur apna paisa apne pas rahega.
I am also a member even I had written mails about this food rates but no answer from them. It's a scam about the availability of the rooms whenever you try it's always booked and as you keep searching the days are available just 15 days prior (these days which are showing available now was not available before 15 days). It's completely annoying for members.
truely agree, i m a victim of club mahindra. this is a fraud company. khana menhga, city se door, taxi mafia, maintenance itna costly, all the facilty in the resort are payment basis only. nothing is free even after payment of 5/6 lakh of down payment.

Bhai 20k is annual charge and uske upar you have to pay 1.2Lacs upfront for basic membership. They have charged 4 to 5 lacs for a premium membership and still you dont get booking. Over and above you dont get food included in package.
Ek baar paisa de diya apne inki meethi-2 bato me aake bas fir to chtt bhi unki patt bhi..aap ya to aage bhi payment karte rahoge har saal aur agar refund ka bola to aap irritate ho jaoge calls mail kar karke aur tab bhi apko 3 mahine baad payment wapis denge..socho kitne millios of rupees daba ke uspe 3 months ka interest khate honge free me..mujhe to ye khulli loot lagti hai #clubmahindra
