I'm full blooded Italian (Sicilian, actually). I always thought Risotto was small pasta. I thought you were wrong when you kept referring to it as "rice." I literally googled just now to discover you were correct. LOL Thanks, and also -- Great recipe.

Maybe it’s just coincidence but it’s so weird that you and the Sam the cooking guy channel BOTH made a version of lobster risotto only a day apart 🤔. Is there something going on there? Did you both go on a tv show or do something with Gordon rams, because you both referenced him 🤔🤔🤔😂😂❤️. Both look delicious!
