Chris, here is the issue I'm having. Customers are setting the payments on hold and I'm afraid if I sent them the items, they would not pay me and scam me.
"Read a chapter every day". You can't go wrong with that one. Even if it's not re-selling or business-related reading will help grow your vocabulary and communication skills. Reading will always add value to your life. Great video. Thanks for all the helpful tips.

I also print labels one at a time. I’ve been selling for a few years and haven’t ever sent wrong item to wrong buyer. Not to say I never will, everyone makes mistakes…but definitely improves accuracy and also my method is efficient

😂 I live in a town of 2k I have 1 thrift store and the rest of my stuff comes from auctions and yard sales. It winter now in Montana so no more yard sales. So place my 20% max bids on items I want for the week. Friday pick up items draft everything I won ÷ up listing for week so I know how many I can list per day.
I met you like 4-5 years ago at a Reezy meetup in Santa Cruz. You have definitely come a long way. My path changed after 12 years on eBay and got into SEO at age 30 and have been doing the agency and overemployed life every since. Still did eBay but its been a slowly declining hobby the past 3 years with only 10-15k a year in sales. But ended up moving to Dallas in 2019, I might not agree with the bible thumping but these North Dallas Republicans holy shit do they know know how to make money. Can you do a video on setting buyer requirements to ‘must have form of payment on file before being able to bid’ and how to block buyers from regions you don’t ship to? I have had 2 buyers with ‘0’ feedback , members as of 2022 and no profile pic bale on their bids . Both had no forms of payment on file . Both had invalid shipping addresses. Both had no Profile pic. Both were new members as of 2022 . 4 red flags !! Bless you

My post office refuses to scan in my items individually. I even got 3 $25 amazon gift cards for them. I do bring them like 30-40 a day but they never scan it. Every Thursday night I have to go one by one and appeal the defect from ebay,. eBay never gives me a problem and removes them but it is time consuming to say the least.
I really like the green sticker for defects. I've always tried holding a pen while taking an awkward picture. It's the simple things that can make a big difference.
Something I learned... i dropped my items to a different post office in a different town than the postal zip code I ship from on ebay because its on my way to work. Its not accepted even if that post office scans it. At that point, they then deliver it to the post office that I should ship from which is 5 miles away. Its at THAT point that the scan is accepted on ebay. So if you drop off and scan at the wrong post office at 430 pm, the correct post office may not get it to scan it till the next day which, may be considered a late scan if you have one day shiping.

Hey today i reached my 1000 Basic Store Subscription ammount. They dont renew till the first of next month (4 days from now). I list 20 items per day for 7 days. How am i supposed to not miss 2 days in a row if I cant do anything here(besides fixing my old listings). I tried ending a few listings i dont get them back in free listings. I am really stuck and been throught most of your videos trying to find a solution. I think a video on ebay stores how to keep it so i have a enough till next month. NEED HELP URGENTLY anyone Also does this mean i need to upgrade my store or I need to sell more(I have been selling 30 more items a month from the previous for 4 months now with consistant sales everyday.) But today reaching my max I got no sales for the past 2 days. I dont know)

Hello I started my ebay business about 3 months ago. It was running quite well until a scammer came and left 10 negative feedbacks. He didn’t even received items and mentioned that my products are not same as shown in photos. I contacted ebay for the same but they asked to deal with buyer. Its been almost 2 weeks now and I am not getting any sales. I had only 30 positive feedbacks and he left 10 negative feedbacks and he is not willing to remove feedbacks. Can some one please suggest what should i do now? Should i keep listing and wait for a year to get rid of these fake negatives or open a new ebay selling account? Some one please suggest I am very confused.
I can't do just one catagory , I know ALOT about too many of them ... But I def ... Am not going to sell a Pottery dish and Costume jewelry while mainly selling Shirts ... You know ? It's that BRANDING ... and also ... I like to receive atleast $10 per item or I don't really enjoy working with it , it's all about that Space, Time, Money ... I do shoot for the 30 / 50 Avg ... Mostly $20 anything under that I move on until next time , and formulate other ways to earn

So, I live on Maui. It's a small island and the Postal Service is random. I'm having great difficulty in getting a Carrier Scan in a timely manner. I can't get to the post office and I'm always looking for the carrier at my complex, but even when they pick up it doesn't update sometimes till the next day. We often don't have service on bot Sat and Sun. Even worse, I live on the 3rd floor and the Post Office does not deliver or pick up shipments to the third floor. I really need help on what I can do. I've talked to Ebay, but they were no help and it's keeping me from being Top Seller by only a point or two. Please, any ideas??

a lot going on here. Yes, good general information, but the first 9 min of this video is very specific to just clothing sellers, not general hard goods. Someone who sells in 25 catagories will not be able to use only 4-6 shipping envelopes.

Where do you get your inventory labels? Or do you print them yourself? My #1 tip having sold on ebay since 2000. Do not sell electronics. In my opinion this is the #1 category scammers target. I agree when he said sell everyday value items. If I get a return request I refund no questions ask. It’s worth it to me to keep at 💯
Rewatching the video. I've been selling about 2-4 items a day but recently I'm selling that every 3 days. I think it's my inventory. I’m actually on the roll of trying to post daily. I have received 4 payout so far from my items that sold. However, recently I got an email and notification from eBay stated funds are on hold due to periodic performance review. At 18.33 At my post office there is a self-serve kiosk where I scan the item and place it in a bin that sits behind the counter. Is this Okay to use?

Rewatching the video. I've been selling about 2-4 items a day but recently I'm selling that every 3 days. I think it's my inventory. I was mainly selling silver coins but have branched out to retail arbitrage. I run sales, tweak prices, even send postcards from here in Hawaii to let my repeat customers know I care. I've been watching every video like I'm back in school. What am I doing wrong?

I started watching video and started doing the challenge. I started this month and I have a couple of items that worth a lot of money. Luckily I was able to sell some of those. I’m actually on the roll of trying to post daily. I have received 4 payout so far from my items that sold. However, recently I got an email and notification from eBay stated funds are on hold due to periodic performance review. Do you know what means and are you able to make a video about this for us beginners?
