Max Payne is a third-person shooter video game developed by Remedy Entertainment and published by Gathering of Developers in July 2001 for Microsoft Windows. Ports created later in the year for the PlayStation 2 and Xbox and a tie-in for the Game Boy Advance were published by Rockstar Games.

@@dash9254 You are right!, bro in Mobile version is to hard to control but at least I finished the Max Payne on Mobile, actually this is my childhood I playing this on PS2 in 2003. I have a Average PC too but I need a Crack Version of Max Payne.
@@PLVERR . the mobile version is only hd. in the pc version it has realistic shadows and more details.
only thing i hate on mobile is aiming it's so hard to aim lol i think it's because im use to playing with mouse

The GBA version has some stages missing, but still, its pretty good for a GBA port.
the only issue with the GBA one is the music playing every single time there is no guns being fired. it gets tiring pretty quickly. apart from that, excelent pocket version.
The GBA Max Payne was actually a test project for Mobius Entertainment (now Rockstar Leeds) to be acquired by Rockstar Games.
Mobile version was graphically the best

I remember playing max Payne as a kid but it was the first level on a door that glitched and wouldn’t let me go through i got so mad i never played it again😂
The mobile is the best and also the easiest. If only the shotgun could one shot people from that far on pc
I know macs are not great for gaming but this is a unique case there playing the iOS version on a Mac with a gamepad is arguably the best way to play this game

Ps2 version with 3x resolution on pcsx2 looks really good.
Android / iOS version looks the best. Honestly, as limited GBA is, they tried their best. Instead of going for some half assed semi-3D, they did a nice isometric version of the game. Looks faithful to the original.
Android and iOS version is the best imo, it seems like this time War Drum gives their best. Not like some crappy remaster on GTAs
Now I understand what's the problem with mobile version. Aspect ratio isn't as original pc version. I want to have pc aspect ratio. Max Payne looks normal in pc. He looks like slender Man in mobile.
Actually the mobile version is the original aspect ratio. It's just on the other ports are stretched out to a different ratio.

There's a fix for that on steam or other sources. of course with newer windows os's come with new bugs not present on older pc's.

Hi there. I finished max Payne three weeks ago. Its not really an open world game but on the last mission there is the new york map

Has anyone else noticed that the Android version uses the exact same dying sound every time Max shoots someone.
Also when we Slow down or do Bullet Time, the gun sounds do not decrease pitch like in the original. And the bullet ejection is also absent in Mobile.

i play the gameboy advance version on my anbernic rg35xx and that version is still great for a portable little machine like the GBA.... and also tried the android port on mi PSvita an is like the full game a great game both are impressive is like the alan wake 2 of the era

Es ist wirklich unglaublich, wie beschissen Max Payne auf der PS2 ausgesehen hat. Ich weiß noch wie ich damals enttäuscht war und dann hab ich mir die Xbox gekauft und ich war total überwältigt, wie krass die Grafik Vergleich zu der PlayStation Version war.

the original versions had borked widescreen it can be fixed on PC
Because this game was originally supposed to run in 4:3 displays not 16:9 displays hence why the mobile version have got a widescreen support for it

Android version is the best in terms of graphics, but has bad controls. Ps vita fan port is based on android version of the game, and ps vita has actual buttons. Sooooo Ps vita wins!!!!!!
