After my husband died, I finally stopped watching television for the first time in my life. I stopped viewing all social media news, and for the first time, I'm enjoying just sitting alone with my fourteen pound dog who's as is happy that I turned my attention on her. Playing this in the background helps slow my life down.
Now I know nothing is worth losing sleep over, so I'm seeking my own peaceful reality. I'm thinking about all of you who long for a nice eight hour deep seeded sleep. I hope you find it. ❤
