Relaxing tunes are my go-to choice for relieving stress and achieving a sense of tranquility.
I really like these sounds of mediations near the ocean, it really gives a nice dimension like more depth, it ties in with one of the other meditations which is one of my favorites and where you are also close to the ocean, I'm thinking of song sail away and behind the mask which are among my favorite songs, thank you very much in any case for sharing your music helps me connect to myself very gently. 🙏💜

I'm mourning, because my dear father left for the stars in his 1st year, and even though I'm a psychologist, it's not easy for me to apply everything I studied, and I've already worked in psychology for 35 years.
