I've sat in that same spot in Neah Bay and watched the eagles eat dead fish ..
The Cape is one of the most beautiful places in WA

I was just driving along and seen a lot of cars stopped and I about lost it because prior i had never seen a bald eagle so close.
There is a little coffee shop just up from that spot. It was so good also.
