    Great job on the reviews on this brand. I slowly have built up my system and after 6 yrs these speakers are still performing well. My latest addition was a 15 in beringer powered sub. Can't wait to see how it performs with the 18 in sub. I also have 2 behringer 12 in tops , and 2 custom 12s for monitors. Again this is a great video on good quality entry level pro gear.

    Thanks so much for what you do...
    I recently listened to these, Mackie thump 12", and 12" alto, all around the same price, and a couple other speakers. The guy at the Guitar Center seemed partial to the Mackie speakers. The thumps had more punchy bass, but the B212D had more bass than the alto I think, and sounded the best of the 3 to me, more a balanced sound... I will be getting a pair soon, then a sub, then....too much fun...LOL Thanks again!

    I paired two b212d with two b1200d subwoofers and they just rock, I got The keyboard, 2 voices, re inforce The bass Guitar combo and The drums thru them and it is good enough for a 50-100 people party.
    I have used Mackies that Costs 2 times these speakers and I just can't tell The difference.
    Behringer Rocks!

    Dry in formative …my son stopped dj’ing so he left these beauties at my pad ..I’ve been using them as studio monitors they’re perfect in that capacity ….but I recently hooked them up to my amp modelers for guitar …and I was blown away from the tone …so question can I hook these up via the xlr link to passive 4x12 guitar cab

      That's because inside they have tda7293 amp (100w) only for highs and some class D chip 170w for woofer. In specs, behringer write "max output for high freq 35w". It's the 1st time when a brand tell in specs you have less power than real power :)) outstanding!

    I've read about "problems" if connecting an AppleAirportExpress via 3.5mm -> stereo-cinch -> 6.5mm-cable -> one B212D (want to use it for background music in the garden)...?! Are there in fact problems with the sound (stereo/mono)?

    Hi Kareem!
    Been watching you're videos, they are a huge help! I had a question for you...
    I have a set of these speakers, was looking into buying a set of Behringer powered subs (the eurolive b1500d's). I would want all of these to run directly out of my Behringer board (I have a XENYX 2442 USB; sometimes also use my Behringer EUrodesk MX2442a).
    Cheers!

    @RealDJblaze Hey there mate, I'm a guitarist (don't kill me) and I've been told I should look for an active monitor instead of a guitar amp, since I've got a preamp on a Tonelab SE effects processor. Could you tell me if the B215D would be a good choice or if that piece of advice was BS or something?
    It would be guitar -> effects and preamp processor -> B215D or B212D.
    Thanks in advance, nice video man =)

    I have a set of these and for some reason the woofer cuts out entirely when they get hot. The speaker does not distort. It just stops working after its been on for a while. Even when just sitting as I left it turned on this afternoon and when I left it was working, and when I got home it only had the horn working. Happens whether you are playing music thru it or not. Might be a crossover? Any opinions? They sound (ed) awesome.

    Just bought the b1200d, for at least 2 reasons (budget and portability). My question is do u think the b212d is a good match for the little sub or should I go smaller. Mind you, I have lots of passive equipment that's good for large events but I'm trying to build a small mobile set that won't break my back or the bank, which is why even considered Behringer!!!!!

    • @RealDJblaze
      @RealDJblaze  8 років тому

      I haven't use the 1200 so I can't really say, but the B212 should work well with them. Maybe two of the 1200's would be better than the single unit...

    • @elliel2k2
      @elliel2k2 8 років тому

      working on a second B1200D, one only cover a small radius well so two is definitely needed. I ask about the tops because I wanna completely ditch the passive gear for my small mobile gigs.(Video of my current setup on my channel)

      It depends on your active subwoofer, but usually you can simply use the Subwoofer's outputs to connect to the inputs on each of these speakers. You run the master to the sub first, then from the sub to these speakers.
