I have been chasing a lip for the front aero spoiler for ages. Thanks for posting this up. I have ordered this as soon as I watched the video.
Ah that worked out perfectly then, let me know what you think once it arrives
@@JacksonStrain will do mate. I was actually asking Ak racing if they made something like the speed circuit splitter about two weeks ago. I’m really glad this come up
Yeah i rate that looks great
Thanks mate
Looks awesome. It’s amazing how much a splitter kit does for the look of the car. So good.
Agreed it really completed the exterior
That intro was 👌🏼
Thanks Chris
Looks awesome!
Thanks Phil
That lip kit suits your Evo, nice and subtle. Can say when i saw your IG stories/Posts about the Project Aero lip kit i was generally hyped for it because i knew the Ralliart wouldn't be far off.
Im waiting on the lip kit before i look at lowering my Ralliart because my Lancer already scrapes on the driveway, and don't want the Ralliart to copy 😅
Thanks Ryan, yeah subtle is definitely the best way to describe it as it just flows with the factory lines.
Ralliart one definitely coming soon so keep an eye on their fb page
That really suits the car
Completely agree I'm stoked with it
Looks ace bro! I took my X out (in Ballarat) for the first time in 3 months last night, it was like having a new car lol.
Haha nice you've gotta drive that thing more now
@@JacksonStrain bro it's sitting at 320,000km. It was my daily for years and I was putting 1000km a week on it just driving to work. It's not going to live forever...
@@felixjones9198 haha wow that's some impressive kms.
Whats broken on it in that time?
@@JacksonStrain it's had one engine rebuild (with Manley H beam rods and forged pistons) at 290,000, other than that it's been very reliable. Obviously it's gone through quite a few sets of tyres, 3 sets of rotors, one windscreen and the original BBS wheels weren't up to the roads in rural Victoria, so I'm running ROH Korsa rims now. It's still on the original clutches though!
I should add that it's had TMR's 300KW tune so it's got a 3" turbo back exhaust (soon to be converted to a single exit straight pipe), ECU reflash, new OEM turbo (replaced during the engine rebuild), new upgraded intercooler (some retard reversed into me less than two weeks after the engine was rebuilt and the repair shop went the extra mile and got me a whole new front end- bonnet, valance, splitter, mesh, oil and transmission coolers [behind the fog lights], both radiators, both wings, a custom fabricated 4" core intercooler with silicone hoses and heavy duty clamps, as well as LED headlights and a complete respray... bonus!!)
@@felixjones9198 wow its definitely been reliable considering the kms them
This kit has nice lines, it is not finished well. The black plastic is super soft and scratches very easy. Product needs refinement to have durability to the elements.
Nah it's not soft at all its a super hard plastic and won't scratch unless you really hit something and actually gouge it which is what I've done recently unfortunately but it did its job and protected the car
@@JacksonStrain the top facing up does scratch easy .
@@rneerpat I haven't had any issues and mine aren't scratched.
Do you have one of their kits that's been scratched up?
@JacksonStrain yes I got there kit and it was damaged in shipping since the bolt bags came loose but noice anything that touches the top of the kite will leave a mark so unsure if will install yet. Looking to cerakote or paint
Love it 😍
Thanks mate me too
Whats your ride height??
Not sure exactly I've just adjusted it until I got it where I liked it
Hey! First of all, great job in all your videos. Great source of information. Keep it up!
Sorry if it's been asked before, but have you measured 60-120mph (or 100-200kph) times?
Thanks mate much appreciated.
My 100-200kms time is 9.24 definitely not the right turbo for top end.
Mainly chose it for its response for mountain driving
