Continuing Mr. Qi's wild ride!

I continue to try my hand at Junimo Kart's endless mode as I so need to start actually finishing some of these Qi challenge quests for Qi gems. Will I succeed or die many times? Also surely this Qi bean challenge cant be too hard right? Regardless of the answers all I know is I am stuck on Mr. Qi's wild ride!
