Martin Walter is very confused he claims that he does not believe that God the Father and Jesus Christ are separate gods. Yet Martin Walter tries to confirm that God the Father is separate from the Lord Jesus Christ my question would be to Martin Walter how can the Lord Jesus Christ be separate to God the Father and Jesus still be called God when Isaiah 45:5 only refers to as there only being one True God and not a separate God? If you call Jesus God then you say Jesus is separate to God the Father you are in fact saying there are 2 true gods which is not supported in the holy King James Bible and Martin Walter would be a liar when Martin Walter he claims that he does not believe that God the Father and Jesus Christ are separate gods.

I am not a scholar on the scriptures, but I have always understood that Jesus IS, even before He was incarnated. He has always been.
And I am just a regular christian who loves God sincerely, saved and forgiven by His grace.
Same here. I'm only a generic bible Christian. Alpha and Omega, Behinning and End, who always was and never was not. It's pretty clear.
I find it hard to understand how we can't understand the concept of the Trinity but yet we believe that God can have personal intimate relationships with all of us who are believers simultaneously, with undivided attention.

Oneness Pentecostals are modalist, but not all modalist are Pentecostal. One refers to the group while the other refers to the theology.

The oneness are showing intellectual dishonesty they know the passages are hard to be interpreted according to their views so they avoid them and make multiple inferences to try to obscure the passages from their plain meaning.
Enough UPCI have attempted to prosletyze me, so that I am able validate, they DO NOT accept CONFESSION of Jesus Christ, as evidence of an individual's salvation, but will STRIVE to CV convince the person , his baptism may not be valid, being born of God's Spirit is not enough--evidence of salvation is speaking in tongues; and NONE of this valid Scripturally.

There was scripture written before about the Son and also John prophetically before they physically existed, The Son Jesus found himself in Isaiah 61 and John said he’s the voice of one crying in the wilderness Isaiah 40:3 , they both read scripture spoken to them before they were here in flesh
The reason for Council in Nicene, was to address the teaching of a priest, 8n Alexandria, who was teaching that the Father was "greater," than the Son. Jesus, himself, instructs us to pray to his Father, in his Name. Further, he said to Apostles, It is good, that I go away, my Father with send the Holy Ghost.
The Spirit of God who is the Lord Jesus Christ is greater then the fleshly son nature of the true the Lord Jesus Christ the Lord Jesus Christ is God the Father found written in John 14:9

the stronger point made by the UPC was that the personal pronouns God uses in the OT bespeak a single "person", not merely "being", and Beisner/Martin did not defeat that point by simply decreeing that such pronouns are God merely speaking from his "being". The divinity speaking in the OT is giving the originally intended addressees the notion that he is a "person", whether or not this would create headaches for Trinitarianism.
The trinity side lost me when they admitted they came from the Catholic Church.
Mr. Beisner makes a great point when he uses the Epistle of Barnabas to illustrate the early Church believed the Father was addressing the Son when Genesis reads, "Let us make man in our image." The Epistle of Barnabas! The very allegorical epistle of Barnabas?!? Really??? Barnabas 6:12 reads, "For the Scripture speaks about us when he says to the Son: 'Let us make man according to our image and likeness, and let them rule over the beasts of the earth and the birds of the air and the fish of the sea.' And when he saw that our creation was good, the Lord said: 'Increase and multiply and fill the earth.' These things he said to the Son." Wow! That pretty much sums it up, doesn't it! But does it? First off, the letter is anonymous. We don't really know who wrote it. Scholars believe it was originally written in the first century AD, some time after the Fall of Jerusalem (AD 70) but before the city was rebuilt by Hadrian following the revolt of AD 132-135. The text we have today is reconstructed on the basis of Codex Sinaiticus (4th century AD), Codex Hierosolymitanus (AD 1056), and a group of nine late Greek manuscripts, and still later Latin manuscripts. So the best (and possibly earliest) manuscript evidence we have is from the 4th century, well after the doctrine of the Trinity had been formulated. Surely no overly zealous scribe would have tampered with the text adding in some biased verbiage (cf. 1 Jn 5:7 manuscript evidence)! Surely not. Oh! And this is the same book that reads "Learn abundantly, therefore, children of love, about everything: Abraham, who first instituted circumcision, looked forward in the spirit to Jesus when he circumcised, having received the teaching of the three letters. For it says, 'And Abraham circumcised ten and eight and three hundred men of his household.' What, then, is the knowledge that was given to him? Observe that it mentions the 'ten and eight' first, and then after an interval the 'three hundred.' As for the 'ten and eight,' the I is ten and the H is eight; thus you have 'Jesus.' And because the cross, which is shaped like the T, was destined to convey grace, it mentions also the 'three hundred.' So he reveals Jesus in the two letters, and the cross in the other one. He who placed within us the implanted gift of his convent understands. No one has ever learned from me a more reliable word, but I know that you are worth of it (Barnabas 9:7-9). It's clear from this passage that the author is working from the LXX - the Greek translation of the OT Hebrew. In Greek, the alphabet can have numerical values: A = 1, B=2, etc. here H=8, I=10, and T=100. Thus, he concludes the IH (eight and ten) represents Jesus since IH is the first two letters (and not an uncommon abbreviation) of the Greek spelling of JESUS. But is this truly valid, or a very wild, allegorical interpretation? Exactly when did Abraham circumcise 118 of his men? Gen 14:14 mentions that number, and Gen 17:23 records him circumcising his household but makes no reference to a number. Yet this is "a more reliable word" when its not even recorded in Scripture? Therefore it seems most reasonable to conclude this is just a lot of allegorical rhetoric by the author. And if he writes fluff like this, we're supposed to believe he's writing the truth about a perceived conversation between the Father and the Son in Genesis? I think not. That Beisner and Martin resort to this level of argumentation is yet another tell-tale sign of their weak position. Both sides were not very convincing, but the Trinitarian side in this particular debate was exceptionally weak.

Jesus is not generated by God, he is God. So eternal generation theory posits Christ as a derivative and not a coequal personage.

The one who existed prior to the Incarnation was the Word who was with God and was God. When he arrived on earth he was named Jesus Christ. Jesus Christ is the monogenesis Theos which = the Divine Spirit + the genetics of his human mother Mary. This combination of the Holy Spirit and human genetics was not present prior to the incarnation. See Revelation 4 the one sitting on the throne and the 7 Spirits of God is a veiled form of the Word just as he was also in veiled form as revealed in the burning bush in Exodus 3 when Moses spoke to the Angel of the Lord who stated that he was the God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob.
Prior to the Incarnation he was the Word or Alpha which = Eternal Father # 2 who was with God and was also God as stated in John 1:1. Jesus spoke of the former glory that he had with the father as the Word in John 17.

But I believe that what you are referring to is 1 Peter 3:18-20. What this is basically saying is that by Noah's preaching Christ was speaking to them and the quickening of the spirit implies the resurrection of Jesus Christ made that preaching possible since we are reconciled by his death but saved by his life. See Romans 5:10 the second part of the verse.

Dr Walter destroyed Sabin, Sabin needs to take Grammar classes and language arts. His understanding of how basic language works is at a level of some elementary child. How these guys get doctorates degrees is beyond me. I wonder why Dr Walter reads to them in Koine Greek, Sabin can barely understand how pronouns, nouns, adjectives works in basic English language.
Dr. Martin emotionally and expressively denies that concept of plurals of majesty citing they were not even used until the 13th century. I find it interesting, then, that Trinitarian Charles Caldwell Ryrie, Th.D., Ph.D., writes in his Bible Study Notes at Genesis 1:26, "us...our. Plurals of majesty." It is quite funny that Dr. Martin would unintentionally contradict another trinitarian bible scholar, far more published and esteemed than himself, with such a glaring statement. Gesenius and many Hebrew grammarians have all traditionally written that the OT plurals are examples of "plurals of excellence." Modern trinitarians are disengaging from this line of argumentation because they understand its failures. Each occurrence of "mother-in-law" in the Book or Ruth is chamoth which is a Hebrew femanine plural even while only one singular person is in view; thus, it's a clear example of the Plural of Majesty being using far earlier than the 13th century as Dr. Martin contends. Furthermore, Gen. 24:10 uses adonim (masters-plural) to refer to a singular person. Dr. Martin was just plain in error on this point. Again, this does not outright refute Trinitarianism, but shows the inherent weakness the doctrine has in trying to adequately explain the Being of God.

The (word=tora/laws)was with God. It's a promise of God and he honor his word. God is not divided.
Man is body, soul and spirit and we are one . Why can they grasp father,son and spirit as one. The church has many parts but one body. Jesus is the head and the church is the body. We are one with the spirit. They can't grasp the oneness. Because you have to have the holy spirit to understand. The holy spirit will teach you.
That's the problem with the Pentecostals...they are stuck in the Old Testament, not considering the New Testament that reveals the Old. The revealing, they haven't grasped. The New, wasn't written when Jesus walked on earth, of course! He, was the revealing...the fulfillment.

Is Martin Walter saying Jesus is not the eternal son???
The idea of eternal generation is that God eternally sustained Jesus divinity. This denies the nature of Jesus as being God completely but a sort of derivative. Instead of God giving jesus divinity it should be realized that Jesus was fully God, as God could not change from not-father, to father, just like the son could be God, but also derivative of God. I dont know if this helps.

TRINITY WINS AGAIN
The Nicene-Constantinopolitan Creed (381 A.D.) says: _"We believe in one God, the Father Almighty, Maker of heaven and earth, and of all things visible and invisible; and in one _*_LORD JESUS CHRIST, THE SON OF GOD,_*_ the Only-begotten, _*_BEGOTTEN OF THE FATHER BEFORE ALL AGES,_*_ Light of Light, Very God of Very God, _*_BEGOTTEN_*_ [γεννηθέντα], _*_NOT MADE;_*_ of one essence with the Father, by whom all things were made ..."._ Since in God there can be no change (in Malachi 3:6 He affirms: _"I the Lord do not change."),_ it means that God must've ALWAYS been Father, Son and Holy Spirit, or else, if God would've gotten the attributes of being Father and Son at some point in time, or at the Incarnation, as Dr. Walter Martin claimed, it would mean that a certain change would've been produced in God. This means that, even though he confessed that God exists in three eternal Persons, since he rejected the teaching that Lord Jesus was always "the Son of God" (begotten before all ages), but accepted to call Him only as "the Word of God" before Incarnation (the event in time when He would've become the Son), Dr. Martin actually held to a different doctrine about the Holy Trinity than the orthodox (traditional) Christianity always did.
Problem is that John 1:1 doesn't mention a Father son relationship there was only the original Two. It doesn't say 3.
In Revelation 22:1 we then see the restoration of the original two in the form of the throne of God and the Lamb. Fact is that prior to the Incarnation Christ was God just as the Father is God both were equal, this is clearly stated in Philippians 2:5-7. Christ later lowered himself by taking the slave form of human genetics which = sonship from the context of John 1:14 and Romans 1:3 which is the seed of David according to the flesh.

Since Jesus Christ is the Power of God, and the Wisdom of God, then where is God and who is Jesus Christ? In Reality, Jesus is the Father according to Isaiah 9:6; John 14:9; John 12:45; John 8:24 and John 10:30. I prayed for two full years and I cried for two full years just wanted to know who the Lord Jesus Christ is. And then I saw the Lord Jesus Christ in the spirit and He told me that He is the Father. I said to Jesus to give me a scripture proof from the bible telling me that Jesus is the Father, otherwise, I will not believe Him, because if my friend ask me, "What is your scripture proof that Jesus is the Father?" If I don't have the scripture proof then they will not believe me. Jesus said to me, "Go head and read Isaiah 9:6 then you will know that I am the Father because I am the truth and I am not lying to you." If you worship on a pagan sun day instead of the sabbath, if you do not keep the sabbath apart, remembering your creator, you are worshipping an image, not the true God. If you believe in the mother's triune gods then you will bear the mark in your forehead, who it is in your mind you worship. Anyone who does not keep the commandments of God and the faith of Jesus will not be sealed in their foreheads by the indwelling of God's spirit. They will take a mark, or have the beast's name or his number...it matters not where or which you get, once you settle into complete rejection of the one true God you cannot know the son and cannot be sealed by the Holy Spirit and be saved.
No need to play with symbols, the bible will interpret prophecy for you if you are given the eyes salve. Jose Guinto: Yes, the numeral quantity of the man's name is 666 - BUT you are not reading the text FOR WHAT IT SAYS...the numeral quantity of a man's name is only there to give you a clue as to WHO the man of sin / the antichrist MIGHT BE. His name will numerically make up the 666 numerals...666 is not the mark which will appear, literally, tattooed or stamped on anyone's hand or brow. Ask God to give you spiritual eyes to see. The numerals are only clueing you in as to who might be the beast's FALSE CHRIST.
We are down to the wire, there is only a few more grains in the hourglass..we have to truly worship the Father in spirit and in truth or we will not be sealed by his seal in our foreheads and we will be deceived into wearing a mark in the hand, or forehead or receive the number or name of the beast...while mainstream 'Christianity' yammers on about how non trins cannot call ourselves 'Christian' - if we don't have the trinity idol in our minds... they totally reject or neglect the words of scripture...that we are known by our fruits.

The devil has had Millenia to outwit, outsmart us. There are two commandments of God most of the self professed 'Christian' community refuses to acknowledge that they have trampled upon. The sabbath law and the very first commandment. If the sabbath was made for man, why was it done away with? And the only law of the ten disposed of...out of all the others? Why put it in the ten at all if God intended it should be swapped for another day, ignored or profaned?
In scripture you will find that what you do, what a man's actions are: are signified by his arm or hand. If your actions are to worship on any other day that the sabbath, the last day of the week..you are receiving the beast's mark in your hand. If you are worshipping the three Gods who you must not call three Gods but one, then you have taken the beast mark in your forehead. The one true living God is not made up of 'persons'.
Any one who worships an idol or false gods or God, receives the mark in their forehead..in their minds..who or what they worship, then they have not the one true living God in their minds.. a false idol or idols reside where the Father is supposed to reign supreme.
The 666 only has been revealed to reveal the man of sin. If you worship "another Jesus" instead of the one Paul, Matthew and Peter followed, then you have received the name.
