I never fell, and I always had noticeably better balance than most of the people I worked with. 💪 I only wish I could get my son to take some classes... Most people know very little about posture and how to hold your spine up properly 🙃 it takes some serious work, but the results last for life. My personal advice is to set up a stretch yoga day between your weekly classes. And always dance with passion! 💃 🕺

I started using one of her 5 min arm video w dumbells together with one 15 min booty workout w a resistance band. I did the combo of both 9 out of 11 days. I'm shocked w the results. Her videos are no joke, VERY challenging and fun. I'm really impressed. I was moderately active before starting (have done Pilates and Hiit consistently before) and already have a very balanced diet. I'm not shredded but I have definitely lost weight and feel much stronger.

I placed my shoulders, back, feet and back of my hands completely flat against the wall and raised my arms up and down like lifting dumbells. He recommends 15 reps morning and night but I do 30 reps in the morning everyday. If you can't place your feet to the wall, you could move it further away then move it closer when you can. Just make sure to keep back flat by bracing your abs. There are other exercises you could look up
An anterior pelvic tilt can Really make someone look bloated even if they are in good shape. It's important to address that. It also tends to be associated with upper chest breathing and anxiety.
Working out your abs everyday won't make your abs pop off, or at least the visual results are due to hormonal fluctuation and new stimulus, they won't last long. If you want abs just train them 3 times a week after your others workout and eat in a cal deficit

Nope! I’ve Been working out almost daily for the last 14 years, always dieting. I had months where I would workout for 3 hours a day, six days a Week amd only ate some chicken breast, once a day. I became very skinny, anorexic yet my belly didn’t disappear because that’s where my body stores fat! Stop lying, some people can never have a flat stomach! You can’t spot reduce fat!
You CANNOT spot exercise fat away. Your abs being visible, especially for women, are completely dependent upon being at a low enough body fat percentage. If you want definition in your abs, first and foremost you have to train your core in more ways than just crunches to build it. You want your core to be stable and functional (so that it performs when you're doing squats, deadlifts, unilateral movements, etc). And secondly, you want to create a calorie deficit to support fat loss so that you chisel them away. You don't get results in 1 week. This is merely circumstantial and not something I would call "results".

I started doing this 1-2 months ago doing this every day, but I wasn’t counting days, sometimes I did it, sometimes I didn’t and sometimes I even did other exercises, also lowered my food portions ,but this was the workout I did the most and I have already lose 4kg :)
It’s nearly impossible to see accurate results after just one workout due to hormones, bloating, etc. People will think “hey, I’ve toned up and grown muscle already” but that’s not necessarily the case. Your muscles have been damaged during workout and need to repair themselves, so that’s when eating lots of protein is a good idea. Your muscles can take up to 3 days to recover, and a lot of people won’t notice results until the two week mark.

She had a good glow up on the abs, but to be honest she already kinda was growing them so really the abs workout didn’t do much that’s why it only took her 1 week, remember every body is differently made and just different over all, so don’t rush yourself getting abs b/c she got them in 1 week.😊

I tried fixing my lower back arch posture and my abs look more pronounced. I stopped looking bloated all the time

One leg up 90 degree angle 10 min and switch to the other leg do it every day and you’ll fix the tilted posture
