I got a 47 te20. Somebody paint it up like a ford. Every time someone see's they ask "what year is that redbelly ". Can't wait to restore it someday and change it back to a " Lil grey". Thanks for sharing.
“ Redbelly “ is a slang term in reference to the 8N Ford. This was in reference to Ford painting the main chassis ( Engine, Transmission, Rear End )Red instead of Gray as on the 9N and 2N. I have a TO30 that the previous owner painted Red overall which is a Gross Mistake. Ferguson and Massey Ferguson had different colors between Them but, the first series Ferguson ( TO20 and TO30 ) were a light Gray slightly different from Ford Gray of the N series. Fergieman
My grandfather was selling Allis Chalmers and Ford tractors in Lennon, Michigan. One of the Fords' came by and said that the Ford didn't look good with Allis Chalmers. So my grandfather got rid of those Fords on the lot. We did have 2 Ford tractors on our farm along with McCormick, John Deere, and Oliver. Eaglegards 🦅...
I spent a lot of time as young boy in the big hole valley on one of those ? The medow drag haulinf manure mowing and raking hay beautifull tractor thank you for sharing with us

Harry Ferguson not Henry. Henry was the first name of Ford. That Red Hood is incorrect on the TO20 and TO30 series. It should be light Gray overall. Fergieman
There is actually a Norwegian TV show character named Gråtass (or Little Grey Fergie in English). He is a little TE20 Ferguson that can drive all by himself.
It would come in handy if you were using horse drawn equipment such as binders & mowers. You'd ride on the implement & operate the levers while you operated the tractor with the remote. There were early tractors operated by lines or reins for that express purpose.

That remote controlled one is so cool! Imagine going to grandpa and getting to ride on that! Must be so awesome.

I like that little tractor
My Henry Ferguson TO 30 had a red hood. Used every day to haul a manure spreader on a horse farm.

Remind me of my uncle driving that Ferguson.. only one machinery on his farm. Otherwise he sometimes used horses to work on farm.

What kinda wheels are on his little ‘sulky’ kart that he sits on ?
Have you seen the European TV show called fergie.
What's the point of remote control if you have to ride right behind it anyway? I don't get it.
he doesn't have to ride behind it he could stand to the side also
Because he can.
Marty Baker I know can’t get me head round it but still cool

Great little tractor but it needs a driver; whether seated upon it or driving it remotely. Title needs work...
Fergie forever!
Wait.... the Ferguson tractor is Irish!!
It's British and American
