    Hi. Something clicked and I did a full week of this practice. I even have it bookmarked!) I would usually do different practices throughout the week from my playlist (you are in it as well) but this particular practice fits me magically)
    I added a few pushups and neck rolls in between poses. And what a pleasure watching my mind race in the meditation) Very interesting that it can't keep silent but I'm aware and observe it. Thank you, Bre, so much! When you said "See you on a mat tomorrow" I didn't pay much attention to it for the first few reps, but by the end of the week I realized "Wow! It worked!" 😉😊

      Well ... becouse You are offten doing to much "funky poses" ;). They are to much funky for me. I am still a beginner. I wanna say that yours chanel help me a lot. Life was very raw for me since the beginning but I am healing every morning doing yoga and meditation with You guys. MUCH LOVE

    Thank you for this short and effective practice. The supported plank came as a surprise like I am used to the regular side planks. It allowed me to wake up just enough for the two chaturangas. The modified half split are difficult for me as I have a beginning of osteoarthritis in my big toes. I need exercises to keep my toes flexible. If you have suggestions, they will be welcomed.     Amazing class bre. Felt relaxed post practice. The only difficulty I had is with the Vajrasana at the end. Not able to hold that past 2 mins. Need to practice.

    Hi. With those morning practises, do you actually get up and start doing them straight away ? Sorry for prob silly question. Im really new to yoga. I just find it quite difficult because the body is extremely stiff first thing the morning. It obviously feels better afterwards and energised! but challenging whilst doing those exercises. :)

      No we usually do a short movement practice first just 5-10 minutes then our breathwork, meditation, studying, reading etc as part of our morning routine and then we do a longer movement practice 30-90 minutes. This is for days where you only prioritize 15 or so minutes. We have videos on our morning routine on the channel and will share a new version now that we’re parents soon. I recommend reading the 5am club book as a start 🙏🏽

      Thank you. ! I'm looking forward to that. I'm a mum myself. My daughter is 4 and indeed it's difficult to find free time :) just to mention that I was always into weight lifting and yoga was never convincing me. But now gym doesn't work for me and since I found you I'm am so excited again:) thank you for sharing all those beautiful practises !
