Thanks! Not sure for how much longer but I enjoy seeing it as it brings back fond memories from my childhood.

Awesome video as always my Friend! These cane stocks get used for planting right? I know you have likely told me in the past but my memory is not always that great!

Thanks! No we are in full harvest mode now. Planting ends sometime in September usually. There are a handful of farms that still harvest wholestalk, but it won't be around very much longer from what I'm hearing. The mills are pushing everyone to go billet (combines).

Lovely to see the 'old methods' still going strong. I didn't know they were still allowed to burn the cane nowadays, - especially with all this 'Global Warming / Greenhouse Gases' that all these Countries are supposed to be committed to. - You can't even have a 'bonfire' of garden waste in our Country. - What is the machine in the farther field ,? - I couldn't quite make it out on my screen. - Great video as always.👍.

Thanks, it would surprise me if they try to ban burning the fields in the not too distant future... What time mark is the other equipment you're talking about.. There was some wholestalk cane harvesters I flew over.
