  • While working on your Study.com course, you can gain extra course progress without any added work! In this video, you'll see what that looks like on a real dashboard and how my son is completing 4 courses while only working on 2.

So, if I'm understanding you correctly, the courses have to be added, in order for any work I'm doing on the course I'm currently working on, to be counted on the other courses?

you don't "have to" add them to get the free progress, that happens automatically. But you SHOULD add them because it saves you a mountain of work! If you don't add them, you'll need to manually check each and every course to see "if" you're getting free progress. There are over 200 courses, so doing this longhand takes forever! Instead, add them to your dashboard. Study doesn't care how many courses you have in there. Then, every time you open your dashboard, you have a full display of all running totals of every class. You can track the progress bars for everything in real-time. Hope that helps and good luck!

    $70 per exam though?

Yes, so that's for exams #3-5 in a month. The only way to get the college credit is by passing the exam. Some people stock up on "everything but" the exams and then cram all 5 in one month. Doing it that way the first 2 are free, and then $210 for the last 3. Total month = $445 for 15 college credits = $30/credit! (that's using the new 6/2023 pricing)
