The Dinghy is the best, most funnest board I've ever ridden. Landyachtz's Dinghy is the best cruiser (big/or small) board, it's small and compact, but cruising on it is the best feeling! It's fast and it carves like no other, big fat soft wheels makes you feel more confident, all around a great board. I had to tighten my trucks for more stability, and it still carves beautifully, I'm in love!!!
For all of you wondering if you should get one, I just got one and ask yourself these questions: Have you done any skating before? What are you gonna use it for? How much are you going to be riding it? If you never skated before, you're going to feel like giving up the first few times you ride it and try to learn how to even balance on the thing, but practice makes perfect: I've stopped skating since my early teens and when I got the Dinghy it felt like I couldn't do it but about an hour of practicing how to get on (throwing and run jumping on it) and kicking it up to pick it up and then balancing while wobbling it, I got a pretty good grasp of it. What are you gonna use it for? I personally use it for commute on campus and from my bus stop to my workplace. It's wonderful, longboards are for long comfortable commutes and downhill riding, skateboards are for tricks as they tend to struggle with the harsh roads if you take them to commute, and the Dinghy is right in between, it's portable but the big wheels are fast and comfortable like you're riding on carpet. How much are you going to be riding it? You only get better by forcing yourself to ride it every single time you can. I learned to ride the bike as an adult (from crashing trying to balance, to riding hands free), and I got so good at the bicycle because I practiced and everytime something went wrong, I tried to pinpoint why and how to fix it, same goes for this, you eventually become one with it. Overall it's an amazing little thing to own. Happy riding!
@Pie Fish I replaced my wheels with oj mini hot juice. I just ride around my neighborhood and that's why I replaced the wheels and I'm sure that you can do all of it with a stock dinghy setup.
This is by far one of the best videos I have watched in my life. I really like how skateboarding is completely different in different countries. No toxic people, only enjoying and having fun. I had to get a Dinghy and the experience is amazing. This content is really professional and inspirational.
I used to skate in high school and lately I’ve been really, really missing it. I’m 29 now and 6mo pregnant with my son, and really looking forward to the day he can start skating (already haha). However, I really wanna get a dinghy so I can skate with him too before I’m too uncool to hang with. So glad I’ve finally discovered this board. I think I would have done so much better with a dinghy when I was in high school..

I love the stability of a cruiser I use them to get from shoreline aquatic park here in long beach to the other side of the beach bike path which is like 6 miles away it is easier than walking that distance and you get to take in the scenery on a board in a way you cant walking.

Got the turbo dinghy as my first dinghy, didn't even know it was best board you guys had before I saw this video, and I love it! Except I'm still a noob :(
How heavy are these boards? Maybe the weights can be added on the site since they come complete. I find myself carrying my board a lot in packed NYC trains, etc.
been wondering if I can put fatties on my beastwreck to make it more cruisy, hopefully without any wheelbite. other than that, the best first board I could have possibly gotten
@@levitheobald1875 hey, thanks for the reply. the beastwreck actually comes with slightly wider trucks than most other dinghies, meaning the 105s. guess I'm going for those wheels! cheers
I have 2 dinghy tugboats, one with 63mm wheels and 105 trucks the other with 60mm wheels and the wider trucks. I prefer the 63. Really want the dinghy turbo but its sold out everywhere.
anna cloud if you want something for a beginner get something cheaper, the dinghy is more nimble so learning how to ride it might be a bit more difficult than your average board and it’s also pretty expensive.
Im new to skateboarding I do want to do lil tricks in the future but want comfort so I really wonder what’s the best shape for full control, speed, balance and tightcorners? Thinking bout the classic and hoodoo tiger?

Not really. It's like a normal board with the nose cut off. A longboard is great for downhill because it's long and these are not so they lose that greatness entirely as far as I can see.
It's shorter than a longboard meaning it looses stability, but it doesn't have hard wheels or a nose like a skateboard. It's a little bit of both.

i have a question, which one is the best for street and freestyle skating? because it looks really comfortable and just overall fun.
The tiger would be best for freestyle because the nose has a curve to it, and the trucks are also even so you can do most primo tricks
The tugboat is best for street because its got a bigger tail to ollie off of, and it has smaller wheels

Hoodoo tiger has a slightly larger nose and the tail is squared off and a little wider. You might also want to check out some of the ATV series if you're looking to bust lots of ollies or tricks but still want to roll fast and smooth.

(Green Tiger, Grey Tiger or Crane)
But you can never go wrong with a Dinghy!
DopWopBoppyNop I’d get hoodoo tiger
DopWopBoppyNop I have the Arctic Fox and my friend has a hoodoo tiger. I personally like the Arctic Fox better, but I’m kinda biased
I just ordered a tugboat and I can't wait for it to arrive
Board arrived a few days ago and I've been riding it constantly. Amazingly comfy and enjoyable ride. So maneuverable, it's crazy!
I bought the atv but the dinghy was certainly on my shortlist
maevian having a difficult time deciding between atv, dinghy and tugboat!
Caleb Collier dinghy is best for all around! Atv for more tricks. Tugboat for stability.
What a great advertisement, other companies should take note. The authenticity of this really sells the product honestly
The blue one with the snake on it looks like mine everything is the same
I live in Toronto and I love riding my tugboat everywhere!
Got the turbo dinghy as my first dinghy, didn't even know it was best board you guys had before I saw this video, and I love it! Except I'm still a noob :(
Is that the best board or is it the turbo king?
@@danielfriedman3814 i wouldn't be able to tell you since i only got the turbo but its very fast
How has it been since you bought it ? Where you a beginner? I just ordered the dinghy dragon.
@@TePasasALV i feel like it got even faster lol!!
I have never heard of this company, and now that I watched this video, it makes me want to buy all the different versions of this dinghy board!
How heavy are these boards? Maybe the weights can be added on the site since they come complete. I find myself carrying my board a lot in packed NYC trains, etc.
Light bro dont worry
i just ordered mine and now i'm waiting... i just wish i had friends who likes these things too, it's looks so fun!
I can't wait to get my first dinghy!
Me too
U got it?
Yes!! It's awesome! The wheels, the shape
@@S.Mihai.S what type dinghy u got?
@@S.Mihai.S awsome! Can't wait to get my first dinghy :)
Nice 😎 I need to check out one of these huge rides 🤙🏼 Looks like A Kick Ass Time.
been wondering if I can put fatties on my beastwreck to make it more cruisy, hopefully without any wheelbite. other than that, the best first board I could have possibly gotten
You'll want to put Polar Bear 105's on there with the Fatties to make it fit with out risers. Good times!!
@@levitheobald1875 hey, thanks for the reply. the beastwreck actually comes with slightly wider trucks than most other dinghies, meaning the 105s. guess I'm going for those wheels! cheers
Was waiting on this. I have a dinghy, haven't been able to ride it because the weather been sucking
Almost same here. After 5 year the bearing is dead... and my contry have only one shop that sell good bearings:(
Need one so much my actual board is falling apart. And spring is starting in France :'(
I have 2 dinghy tugboats, one with 63mm wheels and 105 trucks the other with 60mm wheels and the wider trucks. I prefer the 63.
Really want the dinghy turbo but its sold out everywhere.
There's one left on Amazon
I love my Dinghy Birds board :)
I love my 4 yr old dinghy I need a new deck and bushings though
I am very interested in dinghy’s but I have very low experience skating. Are they ok for beginners too?
anna cloud if you want something for a beginner get something cheaper, the dinghy is more nimble so learning how to ride it might be a bit more difficult than your average board and it’s also pretty expensive.
Some Kid thanks, I found a board that’s more for a beginner and it’s less pricey. Thx
loved when the cop chewd out the driver for trying to rip through the parade , look how far skating has come
Board meeting. I love it. That looks hella fun. I need a tugboat!!!
I got shocked when the shoes said "thank you" it was unexpected for me XD.
Im new to skateboarding I do want to do lil tricks in the future but want comfort so I really wonder what’s the best shape for full control, speed, balance and tightcorners?
Thinking bout the classic and hoodoo tiger?
Best board for a velosolutions pumptrack ... having a lot of fun with it. See my clip 👍
Those boards are super sick i will buy one!
love you guys ❤️
OMG love it !!that was last year in Toronto ?!! literally you guys skated pass my neighborhood
Is it better then a longboard?
By the looks of it, it looks like both a skateboard and a longboard. You can cruise/dance on them as well as easily do tricks
I’ve been using an old pintail cruiser for forever and it’s so heavy. I think a tugboat or a dinghy could really be my type of board
a lot of these boards are in zumiez.
