Just ordered the flippy tugboat it shipped today. I’m so excited I’ve been watching your videos all day. Seeing you guys skate in the same spots I have in tampa got me pumped!!
@@aldoperez23 It's like the Honda of my skateboards. It has endured 3 years of almost everyday use, it has fronted rain and snow, and it has experienced many collisions. As long as I keep the bearings clean, it goes the same it did day one. It is also the best board to teach people on because it is low to the ground and big. I am in university atm, so my dingy fender is better for commuting because of the 70mm plow kings, but my relay is back in action until I clean my fender bearings
I love landyachtz you guys make the best boards ou tthere and i also own a couple of them. But from my experience i find that the hardware tends to rust rly quick 🤔 im not riding it in the puring rain or so. But i only own botds from older and the 2018 series dont know about the new boards
Started skateboarding about 5 months ago been pretty good tell I bombed a hill two weeks ago and you already know got the wobbles I fractured my tibia and got hella road rash and hit my head on the pavement but I don't wanna give up on skateboarding can y'all please do a video on controlling wobbling❤️❤️❤️
@zion8326 Not really. It's just going to make your board less responsive, not carve well and might damage your bushings. Your board type, size and set up dictates stability at speed. Given that you have proper set up for speeds you trying to achieve, speed wobbles mostly caused by improper weight distribution, leaning back instead of putting almost all your weight on the front truck and leaning forward, face the fear. Bend your knees and get down low too. Lower the center of gravity = more stability. Bombing hills requires learning essential skills and riding techniques: how to stop, control speed through carving or sliding techniques, body positioning, foot positioning and weight distribution. Hope it helps
Better option for cruising in Mexico streets (rough pavement, cracks, patches, potholes, everything you can imagine) Rally Cat or Ripper? I already have a switchblade so some flex would be nice and I want something with a kick tail. Help 🥺🙏🏼
They're both great choices! Rally Cat has a kicktail and is very versatile. The Ripper has nice flex and the setup with 63mm Fatty Hawgs would be great for rough pavement. The Raft is also an option to consider if you want a shorter wheelbase
@@Landyachtz Thank you so much guys. I think I’ll consider the Raft as well, but I’ll probably go with the rally cat, I think I prefer a wider stance, plus I really like the design of the board and as you said it’s very versatile
I like to skateboard very much, I enjoy the sensation of controlling the skateboard and beside they look very cool too with all kind of decorations stick to the board, your channel is fill with all kind of excitement, I like your demonstration very much so thanks a lot, he he.
What’s the reason/inspiration behind your logo, I’m kinda curious about it, I’m not a serious skate boarder, I just actually longboard, I kind of just forgot about it so I decided I would try finding my passion for long boarding again, and I came across your channel. It’s really helpful for a beginner like me cause there is a lot of helpful tips and it’s entertaining seeing you guys have fun with boarding! I’m just curious about the logo, it kinda looks like a wobbly V, I like it 👻
how do you deal with the speed wobbles when going downhill. I recently recked and had to get 8 stitches so if you could give me some advice that would be great. thanks, and love the content
it depends how fast you're going downhill but I'd recommend no shorter than 155mm trucks especially if your running cast trucks. longer wheelbase at least 22 inches or longer also tighten up your bushings.
Can you guys please start selling replacement bushings on your website? It is genuinely difficult to get the right size from an outside party and I’ve had to switch to Paris trucks because of it
I have a raft on Plow Kings. So anything is possible. I also have a set of Doozies, and think it will feel similar to Plow Kings without the extra height.

Tightening your trucks can help with that

Bring back the Wreck Tangle. We need those cloudy blues.

it could also be your stance going downhill make sure you apply more weight to your front foot/front trucks
Bend your nees and don't panic. Some people say getting low helps but if your new it can feel uncomfortable at first so take that into consideration!
Also LEAN FORWARDS!!!!!
Bend knees and tighten trucks a little
1.Dinghy Fender Mischief
2.Drop Cat Seeker 33
3.Drop Hammer Pinecone
Solid quiver 👍
