    I like to run 40k a week but could only manage 8k 😢 bloody work! But money comes first. Have to get used to running anytime I can. Thinking of it like filling the cracks up.

    Hey Sir, after 2 months I will be selected in police. It is going to be one and I have to run 5 kilometers in 25 minutes, so can it be done with 2 months of practice?

    Hi Andy, complete tangent to your video but I'm a bigger guy too and trying to guess my fueling strategy for my first marathon. I'm looking at maurten as that seems to be the market leader. Anyway they have 100 gels and 160 gels. Which do you use an how often? I assume because you're bigger you may need more calories throughout a race? But if you were always comfortable with the 100s that'd be good to know? Also how did you split the usage? Every 25 mins? Every 30? I know I'll have to test for myself but want to know what you've personally landed at? And I can start from there. Thank you 🙌

      Of course, great question! So I mixed the two in my last marathon but next time I will be just using the 160s to get more calories... so I will be practicing like that moving into this next block! Head over to xmiles website and click on the "get started" button of the nutrition calculator... its a great help and gives you a good idea of the calories you need!
