Going to be doing wagyu in my Bradley smoker this weekend. Can’t wait to see how it turns out, not sure if I’ll sear it as the Bradley usually gets a nice crust on briskets etc.
That was a was beautiful piece of beef before and after the cook. Awesome job my friend. Just came across your channel to give you some support. New sub here as well.
I unintentionally Cooked my wagyu steak to well done last week (my second wagyu). It tasted delicious but I definitely felt like I had done the steak a disservice
@@HanksTrueBBQ I don’t like my steaks well done as it is, it cooked faster than I anticipated. But the flavor was delicious. I haven’t had A5, but I will eventually! I’m just worried about ruining it😂
Thanks Martin! Yes I have, but it's only in Swedish. I realize now looking through old videos that it was 4 years ago, might just get around to doing another picanha video, this time in English though.
Im doing my first A5 today. Crazy expensive but been using this method on the rest of my meat and is my go to these days.
Wait, how have i only just discovered your channel?! This is brilliant.
Thank you James!

Yeah, well done is a tad too much for me. But wagyu sure brings the flavor!

Hi Henrik! Mouthwatering result you got there. Did you buy the Wagyu meat at the same place as the beef ribs you made a couple of weeks ago?
Anders Pettersson Yup. The beef ribs and Wagyu were both bought at Garpes. Highly recommended!
Hi, where did you buy the wagyu steak?
Alejandro Cortés This specific beef was bought at Garpes Livsmedel in Stockholm.
this looks excelente. which cut is this?
