  • Did the following 9 exercises circuit 2 rounds.
    1. TRX hanging alt Cossack squat 10 reps
    2. Side split front / lateral / circular rocking, butterfly front rocking with inverted Bosu ball 20+10L/R+10L/R+20
    3. AB roller kneeling plank rollout 15 reps
    4. Double clubbell clean to flag 20 reps
    5. Double clubbell hammer swing 10L/R
    6. Double clubbell 2 lateral cast to 2 front cast / 2 lateral press to 2 flag press / 2 iron cross to 2 barbarian press
    7. Kettlebell push up & swing ladder(1 to 5)
    8. Kettlebell hands switching clean & OH press 10 reps
    9. Wrestler kettlebell spin & reverse lunge twist 6 reps
