I do not want to sound too elitist, but if you are eating truffle pasta, you need raw truffles. That truffle paste you buy is already 80% olives and mushrooms, and less than 20% truffles. You are making pasta with canned mushrooms, pasted mushroom, a lot of cream, and an homeopathic amount of truffles. It can even be decent, but it is pasta with mushrooms. @@PYC000
