Ingredients:
2 young coconuts
150g of white glutinous rice flour
100g of black glutinous rice flour
200ml of coconut milk
180g of coconut sugar or palm sugar
1/4 tsp of salt
วัตถุดิบ:
มะพร้าวทึนทึก หรือมะพร้าวอ่อน 2 ลูก
แป้งข้าวเหนียวขาว 150 กรัม
แป้งข้าวเหนียวดำ 100 กรัม
กระทิ 200 มิลลิลิตร
น้ำตาลมะพร้าวหรือน้ำตาลปี๊บ 180 กรัม
เกลือป่น 1/4 ช้อนชา
