Same! My son always had and stil has long hair. He is 43 now :) Father of a daughter and son....BOTH with long hair. I LOVE men with longer hair. It is so bourgeois to cut it short ( since the 1950's) because males can have beautiful hair just like women. Jezus had long hair and even did wear a dress 😇🤣🥰 Male native americans had long hair, painted their faces and did wear juwelry. It is called culture . . EVERYBODY can do as he / she pleases and feels comfortble with and at ease.

Will pray for your daughter. Please pray for my sister Angela, her name is Marsha and she's dying of cancer and it's breaking my heart. I can't imagine people writing negative comments to you. Who cares what your son's hair is doing. When my son's where little their hair was the same way at times. It's life.

@@marygee3981 Thank you Mary. I sent her a bunch of green tea. Sent her broccoli seed so she could sprout but she couldn't get it going. The sprouts are the most studied anti cancer food because of sulforaphane, and other nutrients. I told her to quit sugar too. She is leaving us fast though. The cancer is in her bones now and she has to have a scan to see if it's gone into her brain. The things you suggest are things I'm doing for myself and my family. I'm so glad your sister in law is cured, hooray.

Girl, I’ve watched you forever (although I have never commented). The first video I ever saw was of you braiding onions! I knew we were kindred. 1. My husband is a licensed contractor and custom home builder… as you know, you don’t have to back butter! 2. I was taught “if you don’t have anything nice to say, say nothing”. It seems others weren’t taught that lesson. 3. I also have Epstein-Barr and caffeine is a trigger. BTW… your struggle helped me identify so many of my own triggers, and it’s been life changing. Anyway, I’ve never noticed your tremors. I think it’s because I’m distracted by the actual intended content of your videos.
I could go on forever… I do want to tell you I almost cried when your tile was delivered. You were so childlike with joy. That’s a testament of working hard for something. In an instant gratification (buy everything on credit) culture, people just don’t understand that kind of joy. Congratulations!

@5:42 Shoot! Im missed the three hour window🤦🏻‍♀️...Angela! My beautiful mother raised six children of her own and one of her favorite stories was about my middle sister. She had dark golden ringlets... anyway, she would carefully comb the front part of her hair -- the part she could see, but leave the back looking like a rat's nest.😂My mom thought it was so adorable that she just left her alone.🤷🏻‍♀️
That's what I think of when I see your little guy, so don't change it, it makes me smile.☺️ Oh Lord🥹, I know WHY I'm crying 😭 maybe its because I miss my momma. Don't mind me, thank you for keeping it real.☺️😘❤

I have been around for ages, and I know that when the homeschool movement was just getting off the ground, many women felt that the job of educating their kids would just be overwhelming -- _way_ more than they were mentally (and temperamentally) equipped to do. That was me. Fast-forward to now, and the landscape has changed enormously. It does not have to be intimidating. There are loads of homeschoolers' support networks, and loads of materials to make the job easier: lesson plans, books, play groups, shared teaching according to different parents' strengths and areas of interest etc. Even though my own kids are grown now, I am so glad for today's families that homeschooling has survived and is thriving.

    • @TheSwissChalet
      @TheSwissChalet 7 місяців тому +1

@@christinepaige2575 I would say that we are at the point where children would be better off not being educated at all, anywhere, rather than sending them to most public or private schools. I know that sounds a little overreactive, but I'd rather have a child who is illiterate, yet moral...versus one who is literate, yet believes they need to cut off their own genitals....and their teachers encourage them and keep secrets from their parents.

You are so wise. I think that's been something that has brought me back year after year, as I've followed your journey. I mean homesteading, design, art, diy, and cooking too, but you always seem so relatable to me and my life. I mean, Junior's hair is a prime example; one of my sons has got boar bristles for hair, AND has blue-ribbon body odor, he's 26!! Our other children tease him fiercely, but I just smile serenely beneath my gas mask, knowing in mom wisdom that one day, hair will be tidy and deodorant will be deployed. Thanks so much for all the sensible, calming, nuanced vibes you put into the world!!!❤

Prayers to sweet Anais. Her courage and strength comes from her parents.
She is blessed to be in such a special family.
As to rude remarks? They can be hard to handle. I have learned that the remarks say more about the one who makes them than the recipient.
As to your son’s hair? Really? There are aspects of your family life that are NONE OF OUR BUSINESS!
It’s called “respect” for your privacy. Perhaps your only responsibility is that you are so amiable, generous, and kind that people feel as if they know you intimately.
I do admire and respect your thoughts on the subject. You are showing your children your respect as individuals.
    Well done.
Take care and know that your self confidence is an inspiration to others.
    Best wishes and God’s blessings.

In this world, there are always going to be Debbie Downers. I am viewing your channel and I am a first time viewer. You are absolutely beautiful, the hair, the beautiful eyes and skin. I can't believe you have six children. What a blessing. You are doing a wonderful job with your house. How fun. I have just sold my house March 13, 2024. I purchased it after a divorce in 2009. After many renovations with the help of my contractor son in law, it was ready to be sold. Unfortunately, my son in law passed in December 2022 with stomach cancer and didn't get to be there with us. I am presently basking in the knowledge of not paying out for utilities, maintenance and insurance now. I have my eye on moving to GA sometime in the future. That is where the rest of my family is residing. My fiance and I live right now in Ohio. I'm not a fan of Ohio or this location. Can't wait to watch your next video. I am an artist also and enjoy using acrylics. Just finished painting my doggies.
