    If you are doing a Spin class on a stationary bike or exercise bike instead of a spin bike and prefer to stay in the saddle, DO THIS:
    2nd position: increase your speed! Try anywhere between 5-15 RPMs.

      It helps boost my mood and leaves me feeling strong. I underestimated how challenging but fun indoor bike rides would be. Love the music and your energy during these workouts.
      Glad I found your channel. I still enjoy riding outside but indoor rides are great as well.

    Late to the party but first time I've had an instructor explain proper form and continuously check on your form/posture especially with emphasis on not leaning all of your weight into the handle bars. Definite pro tip ☺️

    Just found this lady and WOW. I usually cycle and listen to podcasts. I do like 10-15mins on 5-6 resistance and call it quits. I’ve been doing it all wrong. Cycling with her was amazing! I made it through to the end on the higher resistance levels and I feel great! Really surprised myself. Will be doing this daily ❤

    Cycling gives me the cardio that I need throughout the week. I love your classes and I love challenging myself - with your help of course. My spinning gym finally opened but I’d rather continue doing your classes than going back to a packed gym. Plus I can do your classes whenever I want, not at some set schedule.     Thanks for another great class and this marks 6 months of great energetic motivating classes that have been great and I look forward too (well mostly) and thanks to your classes it has helped my reach my target of a loss of 4 (Old fashioned British Stone) 56lbs brining my weight down from 230lbs. At the start i couldn’t stand up on the bike as the left peddle get falling off due to my weight but as the weight came off the peddle stayed on I grew in confidence and strength. So again thanks for everything

    I’ve been suffering with plantar fasciitis and unable to do my usual high impact classes. I was so afraid of losing my fitness until I found your classes! I love it!great calorie burn and easy on my foot. I’m hooked! Thank you

    Ok- so thank you so much for being here! - I used to do alot of spinning and due to work, life and all sorts of crap - it got in the way, now i am pre-kicking off 2023 with a get back to fit (hot) plan :) and it starts right here. Done this today - was excellent with my new spinning bike! - bosh! - so, i shall be doing more of these, aiming for 3 times a week, and then up'ing to 4 or more if i can. So, thanks, you are now part of my journey!

    I love cycling because there's no pain but good pain! I have a bunch of old injuries from years of marathon high impact exercise and cycling gives me the intense workout I want without leaving me in pain. And because your classes are so motivating and fun I actually look forward to working out, which is kind of a miracle! All thanks to your channel!💗

    Did this on my off day from football, want to keep my cardio up but not destroy my legs with running. This workout was AWESOME. I feel great getting my cardio in but giving my knees and ankles a break. Love thissssss i subscribed as soon as I finished the workout because you are AMAZING

    This was my first true workout after have my son(2021) and my twin girls(2022) and I can genuinely say I’m so happy.I was afraid after having 3 children back to back I’d never be able to keep up in any class let alone spin again but with your motivation and my own body crying out to me I got through . I’ll definitely be seeing you at least 3-4 nights a week. Thank you❤️

    I recently found you 🥰 absolutely love your cycling classes. I just bought an upright bike. I still have my recumbent bike because it also has rowing on it. I for my upper body love rowing. But didn’t feel like it challenged my body for biking. This absolutely challenges me more. Will be trying this one today. I have already done 2 of your other classes ❤️

    You are so awesome! I've let myself go over the years, being a mom I neglected carrying about ME. They're grown and gone now and I decided enough is enough. I won't lie, I slowed wayyyyy down and was about to quit a couple times, but you happened to pick those times to be motivating and say "come on, you can do this!" and I jumped back in and I made it! I have a lot of weight to lose, but thank you for making this part of my journey fun!

    I just gotta say I love her videos! I am 40 and starting a new me... finally. I progress a little more each time. And looking to get more energy and out of the pre-diabetes range and lowering my cholesterol. I didn't get here over night... years of unhealthy living BUT Kaleigh keeps reminding me that if I got on the bike and stayed on the bike I should be proud. I'm not proud BUT GRATEFUL

    Totally loved this workout. Why u love this workouts... Am 51 and have bad knees and i found this as a great low impact way of excersise. I have a very busy hectic schedule every day with more than 10k steps every day so i need this to start my day! Every day

    I love cycling because it's challenging I do it because I want to live longer and be a healthy mama. By the way of all the videos I've searched you've been the most fun and best cycle instructor I have found thank you for the time spent helping everybody else and myself reach their goals.

    Love it when you say cadence and resistance level. Helps as I am on echelon bike. Mind you the music helps to dictate speed too! Thanks for ride.

    Thank you so much. I needed that and I'm a long time fitness enthusiast since my thirties then because of family life and injuries , went minimal to very little.. everything got worse, mental and physical health then after the covid allowed the gym to open upstairs, I took advantage of the large gym and came Across your video as soon as I typed in cycling exercises. So glad I did !!!
