Echo CS-345 chainsaw won’t start. Let’s get it running

Echo chainsaw sat for over a year. Fresh fuel didn’t work in getting it started. Has spark, clean air filter and good compression. Maybe a carb clean will get it running? Check out the video. This diy repair is very similar to many echo chainsaw models.
