I use a heavy-duty moving blanket. Double it over, throw it over the tailgate, load up my bike and run a bungee through the frame to keep it secured. Took me longer to type this comment than it does to load my bike. Blanket cost me $1 at a garage sale and bungee was another $1 at the hardware store. Transported my bike over 100 times, no issue whatsoever.

@@rickymartinez6821 interesting conclusion 🤔. Either I'm really slow at typing, or really fast at loading my bike. Either way, I've found a way to save time and money that you're clearly not interested in. Maybe one day you'll be able to accurately determine someone's age based on their comments, today isn't one of them. Keep at it! I was concerned that, as Kyle pointed out, that the bike rest without padding on the tailgate. I went to install and use today but decided not too, because it seems the frame of the bike will be damaged on the tailgate. The material is there, but no padding at all, what’s up with that??
What they don't tell you is the tire will rest against the rear bumper. The part of the bumper my rim touches is plastic so it shouldn't be to big of an issue hopefully. I imagine it will rub the paint off in a small area on the rim overtime. But its a mountain bike so I will not complain to much lol. Installation was a sinch. You really don't even need instructions. Its three straps you connect and three more already connected you just pull to tighten.
When will you guys have this in stock again?
I have an old Raceface one, the cut out is for the 2010 f150model. Cant see out my rearview camera when hooking up the trailer.
Would be awesome to have 2 split pads.
Why is the additinal padding on the split model positioned in a way where it doesn't contact the downtube or the fork? The padding on the full length models are placed in a way to cushion the fork and downtube.
