    You have got to be one of the best mountain bike focus product reviewers. You give such a honest and genuine touch to the review without sounding scripted. You have a unique approach to the topics you present and truly care about removing the mental barriers to riding. Keep up the good work!

    This type of review is great! You simply state your no-nonsense opinion (which I respect more than my own since you have way more experience mountainbiking than I do) and you disclose any conflict of interest you might have. It's hard to find trustworthy reviews these days but you nailed it.

    Couldn't agree more with the review on the shoes. My girlfriend brought me a pair for my birthday to replace some old skate shoes, and what a difference it made! My feet feel like they're glued to the pedals. And you're spot on with the build quality and comfort. One of the only pairs of shoes I've not had to wear in. Love your video's Seth, keep em' coming :)

      i think an impregnated female elate found a nice dark home in the drone and laid its eggs there. its hard to tell how old the colony is without knowing the species but it looks like thats what happened. OR the drone was placed by a very active nest for a few hours and the ants decided to just move on in, check out some of ANtsCanada's videos on how they do this

    I did not read all your comments but instead of a tail gate cover, I use a rubber insulation mat and buggy cords. Works perfectly fine for a lot less cost. Keep up the great work for your channel and thank you for sharing.

  • @Kelly-vc8hg
    @Kelly-vc8hg 5 років тому +3

    A moving blanket ($5 at Harbor Freight) makes a great tailgate cover. You can use tie downs (also cheap) if you’re going far on the highway. I’ve hauled four bikes this way and had room for more. Not as cool looking but does the same thing for a lot less money.

      It probably hits a "food is here" signal of some sort. Electromagnetic interference, high-pitched sounds that are inaudible to humans, or specific smells that mimic pheromones. Any of those things could account for the issue.

    Truck pad: you can access the tailgate latch if you slide the pad forward a little bit more - the side that's in the bed should be lower. The center pad will be bent over the ridge of your tailgate. The Velcro straps will hold your bike by the down tube, not the fork. This is how I've seen it demonstrated on other reviews and it works well for me. Thanks for the great videos.

    I recently bought a pair of 5.10's because I cut my foot through my canvas Vans. I haven't ridden on them enough to know for sure if they're stickier than the vans, but from a short street ride they do seem a bit stickier. I more bought them for the extra foot protection and sole stiffness.
    I wouldn't mind having that Osprey fanny pack, the price is steep, but I think it's competitive with similar quality items (like Camelback). I think I'll hang onto my old Camelback Mule for now though (20 years and still holding up well).

    Hey Seth, love the videos. As a new rider who is learning more about bikes every day (alot because of your videos). I'm not sure if you've made a video on it but I think it'd be super helpful if you gave a list of quality tools ( more on the low price end) and other products that would be useful to beginners. Keep up with the great videos!

    Love this video like I loved the first one! I am a freak for good product reviews and I completely trust what you tell us and most likely would not buy something you dont like

    I love these videos but if you want to turn your money making head on, I'd split this video up to individual videos after you've uploaded the completion. Think how many people want to know about the mavic but wouldn't see it. Doubt your subscribers would get annoyed with 10 repeat video uploads a week after.

      Steezy G I don't agree. I firmly believe that Seth's channel has the most subscribers because he's not permanently trying to get more subscribers. He's not reminding us to like, or subscribe. He doesn't tells us about his patreon site on EVERY video like other UA-camrs. Seth simply tries to make good entertaining videos and this video with 10 reviews is more entertaining than 10 videos with one review each.

      Salvador Frieri I absolutely second this. One of the things I like about Seth is his sincerity.

      ImpendingDisaster Guy fair enough. I just think it's hard to make money on UA-cam. In the log run it'll probably pay off for him to make them all in one.

    Interesting use of the Raceface truck pad. I rotate the pad so that the velcro straps sit under the highest part of the downtube. Then the straps go around the downtube, not the fork stachions. I like the straps because on my old Dakine pad the bikes would tip onto each other and cause scratches.

    The vans mte or all weathers or whatever they’re called are the BEST mtb shoes for flats. I love them. Padding, great for hiking, and grip the pedals way better than my 5-10s
