The World Championship sleeves come from entering the Konami code into arena using a vintage controller. Only true legends have them.

Edit: Yep, I queued into 6 aggro decks in a row. 0 Lukka decks. You don't beat those decks with this deck. Sometimes I hate MtG.
Edit 2: 1-8 so far. Just got my first win by beating a Gyruda deck. I had 2 HP left and I finally stabilized and cut off his ability to cast anything. It was a 20 minute game and then he conceded when I got him down to 1 Island. Worth the 8 losses.

Same thing happened to me. This deck folds to cycling, other lurrus decks and mono red quite easily. Ugh.

I was cheering and laughing that whole game vs mono red. I'm a control player at heart and just seeing that prime example of impatience and 0 thought get so salty made me laugh. I love this!

Besides that one game, it was flawless, if you can stop the mono red mages that's a win in my book.
To be fair, there were almost certainly Agents in the other Yorion/Fires game that never came out because they never got to hit 5 lands

I don't know about other languages but in French when "good game" also means "well played", so you're seeing your opponent saying good game but he might just have said "well played" with no intentions of conceiving whatsoever. I feel like you've asked why in quite a few videos

Faysal Al-Zand in English it’s more of a “this game is over because of the discrepancy in power” than a “well played”. It comes out of saying gg being a matter of etiquette rather then an observation.

I have a similarly obnoxious deck with Fires of Invention and Repeated Reverberation. Triple Casualties of War is absolutely brutal on turn 6 and basically lets you cripple their ability to threaten you. Instead of running Once and Future, I run Deliver Unto Evil--in exchange for only getting 2/4 of the cards you select, it costs less and puts both into your hand instead of taking up your next draw.

Oh god this is the most hilarious deck I've seen you play yet. This is also the most evil. "Is our opponent having fun?" Opponent: Under arrest for homicide, says someone took his land so he went on killing spree. Under diagnosis for insanity, because he just lived in his mom's house and played games. Didn't own a home or any other land.
Usually I would be sad to not see the Even Money Dance. But that game against Mono Red was so glorious, I actually don't mind this time.

This is perfect. I think I'm gonna play with this until next set. I believe I'm adapt this to bo3. Put 4 dures,4 dead weight, 4 graveyards hates, and something else into sideboard and it's perfect. I'm so like land destruction.
Wow, that game where you kept them to 4 lands for 8 turns kinda exemplifies what you were saying about "best turn 5 in standard" from the Yorrion fires deck, and how it needs that turn badly. Makes me think of modern Tron, where it just does nothing for 2 or 3 turns, but then if it does the thing, with the lands, it becomes impossible to deal with. So very cool games, and maybe we need a fulminator mage reprint for standard.

This is one of the most satisfying videos you made..not only is it torturing the insane meta decks now, but it also introduces players to an old deck archetype that was annoying to deal with back in the day..

i put 2 hateful eidolon, 2 extra dead weight, and chevil, bane of monsters in, i got to draw quite often with lurrus bringing dead weights back
That was epic! I tried an Izzet land destruction deck but it wasn’t super great. Although goblin electromancer on turn two is good, but I like this version better.
I just realized how much i miss Molten Rain and Sowing Salt. Back when they were in T2 it was one of the few ways to defeat urzatron style decks, plus a chrome mox to play before curve... Had people scoop after turn 2 rain turn 3 salt.
This kind of decks is why I love mtg and why I love watching you play it

Got a unpredictable cyclone deck that's reasonably predictable. Jank glue teferi, add storms wrath, jeskais ultimatum, the dino that cycles, the shark enchantment, ominous seas, and the boon (draw 4 or cycle 1) and 1 dreamtrawler for good measure. I added some time wipe just for added back up but it's better than I thought. It feels good to cycle a boon for 1 with cyclone on the field and cast an ultimatum for free. Bonus 7/7 flier if Sharknado is also on the field. Cathartic reunion gets those ominous seas flowin
I like to add a captive audience for the memes. Love the opponent scrolling over the enchantment
But that‘s a permanent, non-Lurrus compatible :(
Lessquick oh yeah. I usually don’t play companions been playing jund and iizzet land destroy the last two standards. It is super fun. Only way to play stone rain any more
Side note: used kroxa in this build as suggest. You can taste the salt. I am getting timed a lot by my opponents now but I got cgb to watch as the rope burns so I am all good
When I got into MTG someone told me that lands are sacred and if I wanted to play against someone I shouldn’t run cards with land destruction... at least in Standard. Landdustruction deck to fight Jeskai? Drastic measures... but I must confess: I was very happy when you won against mono red and Lukka!
That's the "Social Contract" of Commander; you don't play land destruction in Commander because it's annoying and Commander is mostly a fun, social format rather than anything competitive.

Sooooo, I was getting wrecked with this pile until I tinkered with it a bit. Cindervines just wasn't pulling enough weight in any matchup so I shoved it in the sideboard and traded it for 2 omen of the forge and 2 robber of the rich. Wow. Robber is the perfect post stabilization threat, and in addition to pulling major weight in the aggro matchup, omen of the forge recursion with lurrus shaves 2 turns off the clock while providing relevant dig. It might just be correct to ditch the dead weight for a third copy. I have also experimented with a single copy of underworld breach to recur with lurrus, but while it generated a couple of concessions, it is terrible to draw early unless you have a reveler to pitch it to, and the escape is anti synergistic with the once and futures...
edit- just played a match against control and a turn 2 robber of the rich denied them 3 lands- I know that that is totally random, and in most decks hitting land would feel bad, but the pause from my opponent afterward the second and third land was just too good.
This takes me back to sink hole/ice storm land destruction. Great video!

Add fires, remove havens, make room for Lurrus main deck perhaps? I get you probably won't /need/ to play two land destruction per turn, but maybe they would concede faster!

I think after agent steals the land, you can still sacrifice wolfwillow haven on your turn, as it's still your enchantment. Don't think it changed the outcome though.

I like dreadhorde arcanist with this deck, I mutate pouncing shark onto it attack and play a land destruction card for free...I also squeezed whirlwind of fury in there to get the cards flowing and kykar...has done pretty good

This felt so good to play. Watching a Teferi +1 like 8 times and -3 3 times only to finally lose all his blue mana, stare at 3 cindervines and concede. All those greedy decks deserve Land D!
