@@charajeux Ye my toughts exactly, most ppl are stuck to this "magical" 24 lands number. This deck top ends at 4 mana, and is agro oriented so you don't want to ever draw more than 4 realy. So go 22 lands and 4 hawks.
I think by hawk pridemate he meant a 1 drop with lifelink rather than a hawk itself. The hand didn't have Alseid or speaker for the 1,2 ramp

@Felipe Real It would be a 1/1 for 1 that has vigilance and trample. Then when you have 8 lands it becomes an 8/8 add trample.

I used to play a lot of mono white lifegain but haven't touched in a while because it was really bad in recent metas. This list is real fun to play, actually quite alot of important decisions to make in every game I've played with it so far. Great content as always.

Thank you so much for this build! I love to play Martyr Sac in modern and Soul Sisters in modern and historic. But not in Standart. And I just managed to reach Diamond from Platinum 4 floor. Just one evening. I changed your build a little bit - I have only one Speaker. It was soooooo satisfying to watch all this ramp and reclamation decks conceding!

Not sure if you check your old comments CGB, but I took this playlist from mid-tier platinum to mythic in 2 days. I had a roughly 80% win rate. Absolutely abuses RDW and Mono-Green. And its a coin flip with the control decks. I really hate agro decks but this one just feels more fun with a 2nd tier objective of creating free angels with speaker. Thanks!

I am really new to MTG and MTG Arena. I used a deck similar to this and made it to the platinum tier really quick. Now I am stuck in tier 4. Thank you for posting this hopefully this will be the trick I need to make some progress.

Tried to assemble this deck. Never ever got together the epic combo of Linden + Heliod. Without it its just a bunch of weenies who die to superior power of green creatures, mayhem devil barrage or mass exile of Ugin.

How can i get the flags protectors?
Anyone else notice the percentage of going first he had in this video. The game is definitely biased toward aggro going first and this video is just proof. We never get that kind of luck playing control.
I've been testing this deck with a couple of Broodmoths in it... and it's sweeeet! Just trim down one Heliod and one casket and it's done!
I know it's not a great card but i really like a one of Bond of Discipline in the deck as it can really break a board state and sometimes give you a surprise win.

I am about to get my first mythic token. i was planning to change that token to Ajani Planeswalker. however this card is M20 and it seems that it will be rotated out at september. so I shouldnt be buying this card now right? am I mistaken? maybe I should go for Basri cuz he is M21 and I can play with him longer?

7:40 you should’ve played the Daxos first, as you would have at least 5 devotion, making Heliod a creature, meaning you’d gain a life, therefore putting a counter on a creature

Hey it works! I only had 2 Heliod and 2 Linden and 0 Lurrus, and I cut Alseid for Fight as One, and filled the gap with a really cool enchantment named Aerie that spits out 2/2 birds just for gaining life. Rose up a full diamond rank with this. And added Shadowspear, losing Caskets which is probably a bad idea but stopped running into Priest decks so...
also here helping you dominate the algorithm 👊
I was expecting this to do well vs red but I didn't expect to go 4/0 in Mythic. This decks is surprisingly strong!

You warned us on Twitter, but we didn’t believe then... Now lifegain will take over BO1 and you will be the reason. Or maybe it secretly sucks, who knows!
Cut two plains, add two healers hawks. Floods far less and can still cast everything in time with the hand smoothing algorithm.
I just used a low budget version of this deck to destroy a red mage who refused to attack on a single turn, assumingly because I played first and didn't miss a land drop. But the 8/8 pridemate with a 6/6 queen on turn 4 was probably helpful.

Could there be room for fight as one? The deck as a good split of human and non-human so you get indestructible for 2 creatures for 1 mana.

edit: also i have been running pacifism in my white black lifegain deck since the start and the amount of questing beasts, uros and sometimes even dream trawlers hit makes me think it's way better than glass casket even if it's worse against e.g. priest in black.
Pacifism + Lurrus is such a back-breaking play sometimes!

I loved the deck and the mistakes were a bonus! As a White player, I watch your videos because you're a quality deck builder who is able to showcase your decks extremely well. Whether you make mistakes playing White is irrelevant as is my utter contempt for Blue players...
