Steve Sharofsky it isn’t about the “best” cards. If it were, Harpie Lady wouldn’t have been on the list at all. It’s exactly what it says, the cards with the most amount of specific search cards, but it would seem Iron Core of Koa’ki Meiru was accidentally skipped over, in that case.
Dark magician girl has at least 4 cards that search her specifically. She probably should have at least been mentioned alongside the DM. She has- •Bond between teacher & student •Palladium Oracle mana • the dark magicians •magicians souls

They are like the Galaxy Photon category where alot of search cards overlap but many also specifically search one or the other The Berry magicians only work for DMG and cards like Illusion magic only work for DM. Its very frustrating seeing how there isnt enough synergy between DM and DMG

I'm guessing he meant less than level 6 since the card he's talking about, Rescue Ferret, lets you special summon cards from the deck if their total levels are 6 so you'd special summon Cyber Dragon and a level 1 card.
Galaxy Eyes Photon Dragon has 5 specific searchers: Photon Vanisher, Galaxy Eyes Afterglow Dragon, Starliege Lord Galaxion, Hyper Galaxy, and Paladin of Photon Dragon. That would put it right below Blue Eyes, which is kinda ironic. Also, kudos for the amount of research you did on this video.

Counting the other 4 versions of Harpie Lady wouldn't mean that Harpie Lady has 69 search cards, it just means that there's 5 versions of Harpie Lady that have 65.
No since the other Harpie Lady retrains are treated exactly as "Harpie Lady", they don't count as different cards but as only 1 card. You can't even legally play 1 copy of each harpie lady retrain in one deck

Top 10 generic support cards for each big type Dragon, spellcaster, warrior, etc You talk in some videos how by being a dragon monster for example, makes you more valuable than say a rock monster. It would be cool to see a list sort of showing why that is
Although, NOW, being a Rock Monster is great, because Adamancipators are destroying everything. Turns out, having three monsters that special summon themselves AND can summon any non-tuner Rock from the deck, that are also Tuners, is pretty damn good, even if it's somewhat random.

Fun fact: when I started playing Duel Links, before I could get my hands on a High Pristess of Prophecy, I used to run a Dark Magician and a Dark Magician of Chaos on my Spellbook deck just because of how easy it was to search and summon a high level spellcaster with it. When I finally got three High Priestesses, the Dark Magicians were out of the deck for the extra consistency. Just noting this because I've always had a bunch of spellcaster searchers among my cards in that game, more than any other type of card.

5:35 correction they don't change their name to harpy lady as the card text for most harpy lady support cards they are always treated as Harpy Lady meaning they name never changed and is always harpy lady
Lunalights can also get poly, at least from the graveyard after being used which is kaleido Chick and Then Black sheep which can straight up search it.
I have only started to get back into YuGiOh recently. The last time I played Pot of Greed was still not banned. Been watching your videos for the last week or so now. I really enjoy the content. Great video. Maybe you should do a list of the top ten archetypes that have the least support. The idea stems from the iron chain archetype that has like less than ten cards in its archetype.
Top ten hardest decks to play in real life. Like how with ritual beast you have to manually remember which ones you have already special summoned so you dont try to accidentally speacial summon them again. Or f.a. where the levels are constantly changing and every monster has like 4 effects including attack manipulation to keep track of.
Edge Imp Sabres can be searched by name by Toy Vendor, Fluffal Dog and its a main deck monster that can be summoned by tour guide. It should be on this list!
I thought of another video idea for you. You could do: Top worst/best flip effect monsters (one example would be needle ball, for the worst) Top worst/best pseudo-flip effect monsters That is if you haven't looked into those yet.

At 10:20, one of the searchers for BEWD for being a light attribute monster you included Dwarf Star Dragon Planeter which is not correct since that monster only searches for Light or Dark Level 7 monsters. I know it's just a card less but I wanted to point it out.
Can you do a video about the types of monsters (like dragon, plant, spellcasters) that have the most search cards. So cards that specifically state search out a plant monster, or fairy monster, ect

5:35 correction they don't change their name to harpy lady as the card text for most harpy lady support cards they are always treated as Harpy Lady meaning they name never changed and is always harpy lady

I have only started to get back into YuGiOh recently. The last time I played Pot of Greed was still not banned. Been watching your videos for the last week or so now. I really enjoy the content.
Still trying to figure out what some of these new card types are (XYZ, Pendulum and Link to be specific).
They're all just different flavors of fusion monsters who dont need polymerization to bring them out.

Great video. I would like to make a request for your next video. Can you please do what you did for this video when showing all the cards but for the top ten monsters that have the most cards cards that special summon said monster from the deck.
Great video. Maybe you should do a list of the top ten archetypes that have the least support. The idea stems from the iron chain archetype that has like less than ten cards in its archetype.

The list is for cards that search specific cards by name. Dice try again is a semi generic search.

Top ten hardest decks to play in real life. Like how with ritual beast you have to manually remember which ones you have already special summoned so you dont try to accidentally speacial summon them again. Or f.a. where the levels are constantly changing and every monster has like 4 effects including attack manipulation to keep track of.
Edge Imp Sabres can be searched by name by Toy Vendor, Fluffal Dog and its a main deck monster that can be summoned by tour guide. It should be on this list!

Top worst/best flip effect monsters (one example would be needle ball, for the worst)
Top worst/best pseudo-flip effect monsters

At 10:20, one of the searchers for BEWD for being a light attribute monster you included Dwarf Star Dragon Planeter which is not correct since that monster only searches for Light or Dark Level 7 monsters. I know it's just a card less but I wanted to point it out.
Fitting how Dark Magician and Blue-Eyes White Dragon have the same overall number of searchers

Can you do a video about the types of monsters (like dragon, plant, spellcasters) that have the most search cards. So cards that specifically state search out a plant monster, or fairy monster, ect
