Well those are two different effects. Cyber Dragon (and 'Cyber Dragon like effects') require you to have no monsters AND your opponent to control at least 1. There are monsters that can be Special Summoned when you control no monsters regardless of what your opponent has, like Junk Forward, for example.

1:20 I think they made it OPT in the GY, so that if the effect got negated while it was in the GY it couldn't be used again. So if it was revived and blown up kr tributed, you should be able to summon it again. While playing Duel Links, I was ble to use Treeborn frog's effect multiple times during the Standby Phase with Enemy Controller in spite of it saying OPT.
I don't know if i heard you incorrectly but you CAN have cards in you hand but NO cards on user's side of the field to use infinite impermanence's hand trap effect
I do wonder if they banned Samsara Lotus rather than errata-ing it because making a card named Samsara once per turn would kinda contradict the name. Samsara is the Buddhist term for the infinite cycle of death and rebirth, so limiting it to a non-infinite cycle seems counterintuitive- especially when TBF is once per turn and arguably a better card.
You still pull up that custom Goku card whenever you talk about the Tyrant Neptune and it’s great Something about that art just slapped into the card image box with no background is the funniest shit to me

I wanna see a top ten best/worse material list. To ten monster who when used as material for anything. Ritual, fusion, synchro, xyz or link can have extra effect stacked onto the new monster
How is Yubel not on the list? She can win you the game relatively easily, she is easy to bring out, she can float into the bigger ones and can be special summoned. So why?
Ratpier is still the best Zoodiac to draw, even at 1 copy, as it dumps Zoodiac Ramram from the deck, then can Xyz into a Chakanine to get back the Ramram which you can pop with Drident to Bring back a Chakanine, then you can use Tigermortar to attach a material to that Chakanine to use its effect again to bring back Drident and link 3 into Infinitrack Megaclops.
Drident is still banned so that's impossible. I'd rather they just errata all the zoodiac xyz so that they can only be made with 2 zoodiac effect monsters or one zoodiac xyz

Didn't he already make that with the "Top 10 Cards That are Treated As Another Name In YuGiOh"? Are there even cards that can change the names of other cards?
Mrloserdan no he did not make this list already Yes there are cards that treat cards as other names, there are some fusion support cards, E-Hero Prisma, some Vendread cards. But I’m not talking about just names. They can have a card treated as a different type or attribute, or even treated as a Normal monster (Simorgh).
My Favorite will always be Number 92 Heart Earth Dragon, since its in my possession for over 5 years, and it was the first Xyz monsters i really loved, because of its artwork but especially because of its effect
And The Tyrant Neptune wold be even more broken now since there is Verte Anaconda. Back then you still needed to have Instant Fusion in your hand, but now you can just use Verte Anaconda to bring out Nightingale. All it takes is to special summon any 2 level 4 monsters (for King of the Feral Imps to search itself) + any 2 effect monsters without using your normal summon. That is beyond broken.
I wish the ban list was a bit more dynamic. Example: here are a few generic cards that are banned due to their own effect, then you can use any cards you want except certain combinations (SPYRAL Master Plan and Magicians’ Souls, or The Tyrant Neptune and Lyriluse - Independent Nightengale, etcetera)
What if they changed Ratpier's effect given to the Xyz monster attached with it into a lingering effect (like the Ritual Djinns')? Would an errata like that make samsara lotus able to be unbanned, or is there a way the rules work in yugioh that would make it not work?
I'm comically late but some cards do have restrictions like that I believe, but a lot of older ones didn't. I assume they don't do it very much because doing pretty much anything at the start of a phase would cause those effects to miss timing, which is really annoying.

I have a video idea but i think it is very hard to do the research for
The topic is "card that appeared the most in other card"
The list will be ordered by the number of card that this card appeared on and not the power level or how good the card is
Top 10 best or worst Flip monsters when?
Day 64: What about top 10 cards with retrains, ie Magician of Black Chaos -> Dark Magician of Chaos?
I always laugh when I see that damn goku card😂
You can Always kaiju It.
What are its effects?
@@pliskingurlukovich3538 its a 4 star monster with 5000 atk anr def and can special summon copies of itself for 500 LP😂 its also unaffected by card effects
13:25 lyrilusc could be broken if they had more support, if you have all 3 of them in your hand you get 3 birdies for free on your field.
Ayyy
Hand Trap Effect Monsters is why I now run 3 copies of "Debunk" in my deck...
Yubel and her forms were real pain in duel links for a while
You ever going back to making gimmick deck videos? I started binge watching a bunch of them and they're really good
How can Topologic Gumblar Dragon Discard 6 Cards From your opponent's hand before they play the game if each of its effects are once per turn and only one of them can be activated each turn??
Great video man! Do you think there are enough good cards to make a top 10 high level tuners? I got the idea because i saw some deck profiles using dragon core hexer and i thought high level tuners weren't very useful
Why do so many modern cards with effects that trigger on Special Summons specify that they don't go off during the Damage Step?
14:41 What?! How could you miss Thousand-Eyes Idol? It goes with Polymerization into Thousand-Eyes Restrict! And look how many eyes it has! A monster that has that many eyes is a boss monster!
Magic player who watches these videos from time to time. In magic, we avoid situations like the infinite lotus combo by wording cards like "at the begining of your end step" or "at the beginning of your upkeep" (basically standby phase).
Come on I wanna see top 10 Multi Attack Monsters
Can’t wait for the Yugioh x Yeezy event! So hyped for Blue Eyes Off-White Dragon.
Wait, where's Hieratic Seal of the Sun Dragon Overlord? My life is a lie
I got upset not seeing Lyrilusc assembled nightingale. She's better than at least half of the list... I know she doesn't see play, but you can't make a top 10 0atk/def list without her. Just can't
@@robe.d.7027 nightingale has 1000 attack. Only monsters with 0 atk and 0 def for the list😅
@@robe.d.7027 this is a list with best/competitive cards and nighttingale is not one of them
@@robinschierholz70 Wrong Nightingale.
Assembled is 0/0, Independent is 1000/0.
@@robe.d.7027 the only one Assembled would beat is Samsara Lotus MAYBE. But literally every other card on this list is better.
In Duel Links, Yubel is really good - especially combined with a Nephyus deck...
How about Cards that differ from their anime effect (like Card of Sanctity) or Best Traps to use with Trap of Darkness (like the Diamond Dude video but for traps)
Top 10 archetype mechanics? ("Mining" cards for Adamancipator, Zoodiac summoning conditions, Metaphys' banish recycling, etc.)
Can I request top 5 or 10 unfinished/missing archetypes? By unfinished primarily like how there are 8 Shogi pieces but only 3 of them have cards because Konami hates me specifically.
Top Ten Strongest Main Deck Cards (On their Own). This isn't necessarily staples either, ice and fire hand could easily make the list, along with stuff like raigeki or maybe even there can only be one.
Top 10 strongest monsters on field ignoring their summoning conditions (basically you just count how strong they are, it doesnt matter if you have to lose the duel to summon them)
13:00 you can still use Windwitch - Crystal Bell
Could you do a video like top 10 best/OP common rarity cards?
