I'd recommend getting a Falcam F38 Nonslip Quick Release Plate to attach to the bottom of the focus pro wireless hand unit. It does not want to sit upright and this solves that, also there is still clearance for the battery door to replace the internal NP-Fs.
Could you explain how you attached the handle to the FX3? There’s only one screw connection there to attach the piece that came in the box for connecting the rod
So with focus pro handle pro you now have 15 lens slots in a 3x5 array in Ronin app or ha dle. But the hi Brite and RS4 pro are stuck at 3. And not sure how models carry over since they are stored in motor. The other issue I'm having is some part of firmware is incompatible between focus pro handle and rs4 pro, so it keeps updating switching between two. I hope they address both these things and open up 15 lenses to all of the line.
I have not tested out a RS3 pro battery in the focus pro grip. It's the same battery/mount so I'm assuming it would work and would have better battery life, but I'd reach out to DJI about that before trying it just to be sure
so apparently, can only use the BG21 battery which is so sad. I saw a video where the person said the other batteries will overheat. but I don't know, would be nice if DJI can let us know and would be so awesome to be able to use the other dji batteries cause the focus pro battery drains quick!!
@@BobbyAdrianVitra hey Bobby so I spoke to support yesterday regarding this matter, and I can confirm, you can only use the BG21 battery grip, yes you can plug the other battery grips in but it will damage the unit. how sad it is, I'm in South Africa, Cape Town and its extremely difficult to get DJI product.

Hey there, to get a LUT onto the high bright monitor, you need a micro SD card. Put the LUT on the top level of the card, connect your monitor and transmitter (there has to be a camera connected to open the LUT sidebar on the high bright monitor) - put the microsd card into the monitor, and import the LUT. There can't be any special characters in the name or it will not import correctly. The only LUT Ive imported so far was the official Sony Slog 3 SGC to 709 LUT and it worked great. Hope this helps

For handheld, I'm using the DJI transmitter, lidar and focus motors with the v2 hub. You can also use the grip, focus motors and lidar if you're not using the DJI transmission. You'll need the V2 hub if you're using the DJI transmission. You don't need the hub if you're using the dji focus pro grip

I have not tried this, but will give it a shot. I've got a ton of different cables laying around so I can give this a shot. Just curious, whats your setup for using a longer cable? Long zoom lens and using your LiDAR closer to the front of the lens?

Unfortunately you cannot. You have to start active track with the gimbal screen or the screen on the hand grip. You can get a LiDAR feed using the hub, to the DJI monitor - but you can't activate active track on the monitor
DJI sent me the gimbal and monitor to review before it was released, check out my first RS4 Pro video. I can't believe they havent released the hub yet
Buttons of the handles while in use with the high bright monitor can not be programmed as intended, Most Features are greyed out. Totally annoying. Additionally the handles can not be set in a Mode that is equal to the use of the handles with the Ronin 4D. Totally weird! It is impossible to change the focal length via handles on the high bright monitor.
Yeah, the focus hand unit can control Focus, Iris and zoom in a much better way than the 4d handles imo - that might be worth checking out. I hear you though, I love the handles attached to the monitor and wish everything just "worked". I hope a firmware update can add some more features and compatibility with this
Got the Focus Pro All-in-one combo about a month ago and struggling to use with a RS4 Pro gimbal. I have the transmission and Lidar connected with the new cable hub(square one), but as it turns out the gimbal wont power the transmission nor the lidar or the motors with this one. So you need to have a bunch of WB37 batteries ready and also a V-mount connected to the hub for the system to work. Been in contact with the DJI support and very bummed out by the whole deal…
The cable hub that is on the DJI site right now is still the V1 hub - the new cable hub has a power connection that you can power via D-tap or the gimbal. The transmission has to be powered with the battery either way though since it draws so much power. Very strange DJI hasn't released the updated cable hub yet
I saw in the product reveal that they mentioned a future release of a connection cable that can power other accessories from the RS. Once it's out, I'm definitely getting one.

Have you ever tested if the dji rs3 pro battery (bg30) compatible to use with the focus pro grip?

can you change lenses as fast as without lidar? if not its better to get a mirrorless camera with pdaf+AF lenses.
For video job all AF lenses now a day lost a character. All brands just get sharp.

Diopter calculation modes are common in nicer focus systems. It’s just some math, so DJI should implement that.
That would be awesome, I love using the remus anamorphics but the minimum focus is tough for certain things
