Don’t beat yourself. Sometimes depression isn’t a choice and you can try as hard as you can but you won’t be able to beat it. You might think you have because you got up and were productive, but really you just distracted yourself from the dreadful feelings all day. I recommend talking to a therapist to actually deal with the depression. Sometimes you can’t fight it alone.

@@zoltanhorvath4555 sometimes people need more than prayer and God. If there is an actual chemical deficiency in the brain causing depression, the only thing that will help is medication. Why keep praying for Gods help when you can help yourself.

When you brought up the topic about suicidal thoughts I broke down, I’ve been feeling so numb for so long now that I fake a smile to convince my self that I’m okay and that my problems are nothing compare to others people problem

Same here due to military mistreatment. Been told I’m the problem, get over it, it’s done, talk, don’t talk..placed in psych hospital..now pending booting after 18yrs. Imagine ya life flipping upside down from someone you didn’t know and helped transition to another location -and they made up a tumultuous friendship between you two which never existed. Two years of hell!!

When she said that usually something good is coming your way when you're having those thoughts and the devil don't want you to be around for it(not word for word..lol), I didn't really look at it that way, but I hope that's true!! Keep doing what you're doing. When you inspire a lot of people and they love you, you can be sure that there'll be people who don't, either! That's just how it is, but that's their problem. I always spray body mist and perfumes on my clothes majority. Hardley spray on my skin only odd occasion here and there on my skin sometimes. Which I try to avoid spraying on skin but sometomes it happens on accident .Yeah Ur right it definitely lasts longer on clothes sometimes days.

Im 28 and ive been dealing with depression and suicidal ideation since I was 14. This stuff does need to be talked about more. You are inspirational and you’re using your platform in such a positive way. Good job girl I love your channel.

And girl you need you own space. A person as independent as you with your own stuff, needs a whole apartment/house for you to put it in. I’m telling it will make you feel better. Everything will have a home (your stuff) and when everything has a home it feels good. Everything put away and not out where you can see it. Seeing clutter makes me anxious.

I’ve had such a hard couple of weeks and today is just one of the worse days. I’m going through stuff and I’m moving out and just about to turn 18 and I feel like it’s just one thing after another and I’ve had such a rough day and this is the video I needed today. I needed a reminder that i won’t always feel like this and things will get better. Finding your channel is honestly a blessing to me and you have helped me and motivated me when no one else around me would. And honestly I will never stop watching your channel. And because of you I have started talking to god and started to have a relationship and even on the hardest days I can still find a blessing and something I’m thankful for. I suffer with Mental illness and suffered with trying to take my life many times in the past I'm glad it didn't work because I have so much more that God has filled in me to teach others through my experience. So take your breaks know when to be on and off it is hard doing any job and maintaining school and home life. Do what you can you know God teaches us to be patient and if we have to wait for a week or more for you to post videos just so you can restore your mental health I understand you have to take care of yourself first. Putting yourself on the line on a video for the world either good or bad viewers it consumes your energy so sending you Love, Healing Blessings and Peace in your Life 🙏🏻 Also at 18 I was in a dilemma in my life I felt like I'm not a kid no more and I'm not completely a Adult it was so confusing 18 for me back in the days. This is so crazy. My boyfriend passed away a month ago, I also had a miscarriage after his death. Ever since then I have had so many suicidal thoughts. Never have I ever had those dark thoughts, it seemed as everyday I looked up ways to kill myself. Then I watch this video and she talks about it.🥺

Yeah, there was one day when I was minding my own business when a thought of doubt came to me saying "What if I hadn't actually been saved" So I did what I should have been doing when the enemy attacks, sing worship songs to myself. After singing, thoughts up and left me. Praise God even when you are scared, fearful, worried, sad, angry. The enemy is trying so hard to get people to walk away from God.We are saved by his Grace and mercy.
